The Freek-MicroCoil 1.3 x 2.3 mm used in the "Brazed-Together" energy-saving nozzle heater is wound tightly onto a precision tube with good thermal conductivity and encapsulated and thermally insulated by means of an outer housing. For even more reliable heat transfer, the heater can optionally be vacuum brazed. The "Brazed Together" design combines many advantages: high accuracy, good heat conduction, high power density, mechanical stability and, last but not least, up to 20% higher energy efficiency. Freek is one of the technology leaders in the field of hot runner heating and supplies the who's who of the industry. Energy efficiency is one, if not the central innovation topic here. Manufacturers of high-cavity PET hotrunners and moulds in particular benefit from the BT nozzle heaters, and in several ways: because the less energy that is put into the system, the less energy has to be taken out on the cold side, the mould. This saves even more energy and shortens the cycle time.

Due to the three-blade piston profile and the optimized housing shape, the 3RV Series fans are characterized by their high efficiency, low noise level and compact dimensions. The massive pistons cause a very quiet run of the blower.

Optimum surface cleaning with KAMAT high-pressure rotating nozzles In order to ensure a surface treatment with excellent results and within a reasonable time, we have developed special externally driven rotating nozzles suitable for our high pressure pumps: Depending on the customer's requirements, our nozzles can be driven pneumatically, electrically or hydraulically. With traditional, self-powered rotating nozzles, the water jet hits an angle before it exits the nozzle, causing the nozzle to rotate. Driving the rotating nozzle causes the water jet to lose energy and is therefore much less efficient. Our externally driven rotary nozzles concentrate the hydraulic energy entirely on the machining process. KAMAT rotating nozzles provide coherent jets that can be moved precisely and quickly over large areas. In the case of externally driven rotation, the hydraulic energy is used entirely on the surface being sprayed, giving excellent and efficient results on surfaces.

Multi-consumer valves distribute the output of the high-pressure pump evenly or as required to several high-pressure blasting tools. KAMAT offers two valves for this purpose: the mobile dual consumer control and the MVS4 multi-consumer control. When the consumer is opened, both controls open the valve and when the consumer is closed, the valve is closed. When all valves are closed, the controls switch off the pressure generation. The dual-user control is used to control one or two high-pressure consumers, such as high-pressure guns. The dual-user control is available with pneumatically or electrically controlled valves. The consumer and the high-pressure plunger pump have a corresponding control option. The dual consumer control and the consumer are connected by an electrical switch.

The central idea of high pressure tools is to concentrate the energy of a high pressure water jet at the smallest possible point to maximise its effect. The smaller the area to be sprayed, the slower the process will be on large areas. The solution is to move the high pressure water jet quickly and systematically. Rotating joints allow the water to be transferred from fixed to rotating parts of the high pressure tool so that the water jet is moved in a targeted manner. KAMAT rotary joints are suitable for pressures up to 4,000 bar. They can be driven by internal or external energy and can reach up to 3,000 revolutions per minute. For fatigue-free and safe working, we also offer easy-to-use swivels for high pressure hoses, suitable for our high pressure pumps. Also designed and manufactured in-house, these swivels are internally streamlined to minimise flow restrictions.
