Klöpper Therm electric flow boilers are used for generating hot water in heating units for direct heating, storage operation or for Power to Heat systems. As an alternative to other energy types in new buildings or when converting central heating units, these boilers offer a universal range of applications radiator heating, floor heating, mixed systems or bivalent operation with other energy types. Depending on the relevant operating conditions of the energy supplier, the boilers are used for direct or storage heating by utilising free electric power during off peak times.

CSN® explosionproof flow heaters are used for heating up flowing gases and liquids in hazardous areas. The devices consist of explosionproof flanged immersion heaters, which are installed in corresponding pipe or pressure vessel. Our products realize individual solutions for complicated technical process. Different heating systems for heating up liquids, nitrogen or other gases activate exact determinded processes in chemical factories. Klöpper Therm designs and manufactures specified switch and control cabinets in various designs – for nearly all types of electric surface heating. By the installation of electronic controllers, heating systems can be controlled in dependence of temperature and/or humidity. Arising disruptions during the control of temperature measuring sensors such as e.g. a falling below temperature, can be signalled or transmitted via indicator lights and/or dry contacts. The operating conditions of each heating circuit in the cold store is indicated by LED indicator lights. Via keylock or push buttons, all heating circuits can be checked quickly and simply. You can easily get an overview about economic efficiency and energy consumption of your heating system incl. documentation with an operating hours counter or energy meter.

Heating systems for frost protection in cold stores and freezer rooms offer a reliable precaution against frost damages and humidity wherever the natural thermal fl ow is not suffi cient for preventing a freezing of humidity in the foundation. For controlling these heating systems, Klöpper Therm developed a new controller offering maximum safety and convenience apart from the approved precise and reliable control. The frost protection controller can easily be confi gured and monitored via web interface. The integrated wake on LAN function enables the booting up of a PC in case of failures (e.g. in a control room) and informs the operating personnel about the type and place of failures.

Complete ready to install heating mats, with or without spare heating cable, consisting of heating cable, cold lead and temperature sensors. Concrete floor heatings from Klöpper Therm are the optimum protection against dangers from black ice in cold stores. Concrete brings heat from outside into the cooling chamber. Thereby the temperature of the concrete along the heat flow falls to the temperature of the cooling chamber. The moisture stored in the warmer air condenses on the cold concrete surface through which black ice can form. Dangers through the exchange of warmer and colder air arise particularly in the area of locks. When, through repeated opening of the doors, condensation from the walls and ceilings falls on the floor and black ice forms, it can lead to accidents. In consequence of the effects of permanent cold, doors can freeze solid at the seals and be severely damaged.

The visualising software UnIWIn allows the heating controllers UNIPLEX III to be clearly displayed and easily operated and offers access to the current state of heating circuits connected. Plants consisting of a number of individual electric heating systems can be configured as logical, procedural groups by the UnIWIn software. The system structure can be matched to these groups. For a perfect overview, all important heating circuit and system data, the state overview and a message archive with different sorting and selecting functions are permanently accessible on the processor.

Schultze RiRo heaters are your solution for industrial and commercial heating appliances: dust- and watertight, corrosion-resistant, flexible and uncomplicated to install. Suitable for damp locations and rough industry environment, for reliable and efficient heating – often unnoticed, but indispensable. The construction of RiRo-nta is identical with RiRo-nt except for the fact that heating power can be steplessly regulated by our built-in thermostat. It keeps the temperature of your choice constant between +5°C and + 30°C or just protects your room from frost. The red signalling light shows when power is on.

Schultze RiRo heaters are your solution for industrial and commercial heating appliances: dust- and watertight, corrosion-resistant, flexible and uncomplicated to install. Suitable for damp locations and rough industry environment, for reliable and efficient heating – often unnoticed, but indispensable. With these heaters the excess temperature touching the top of the fins does not exceed 67K (difference of 67°C to room temperature).

High performance cartridges and heating elements are excellently suited to direct heating of all kinds of tools. Area, ring and barrel heaters are suitable for heating boilers and moulds, tools, die plates, machine parts and a range of other purposes. They can be manufactured individually to size, voltage and output specifically for your application. High performance cartridges are suitable for tool heating in the many different fields in which a specific compatible operating temperature is required. High performance cartridges are essential in the thermal machining process field. High surface loadings facilitate a correspondingly high performance in a small installation area, at operating temperatures of up to 750°C at the heating cartridge jacket. We produce diameters between 6 mm and 45 mm to order. Different types of feed also allow high performance cartridges to be matched to the relevant installation situation.

CSN® PreHeater consists of one or more CSN® Flow Heaters, which are equipped with a valve and a pump, as well as standalone controller.Combustion engines requiring immediate operational readiness must be preheated before starting. The wellknown cold start problems are eliminated and the engine can be operated at full load from the beginning. Furthermore, cold start wear is considerably reduced. Typical fields of application for this type of preheater units are e.g. emergency power units (Diesel engine + generator) or locomotives and ships (Diesel engine for propulsion).Combustion engines requiring immediate operational readiness must be preheated before starting. CSN® tank heating units are particularly suitable for the direct heating of liquids (Oil, Water, Emulsions), air and gases. They contribute to the avoidance of paraffin clouds in fuel oil or Diesel storage tanks. In relation to the process, we provide you with tank heating units with tubular heating elements made of stainless steel which we adjust to the respective application situation and the medium to be heated in consultation with you. We offer our series “THF” a suspended, on a chain flexible solution to keep heating oil or diesel fuel in the extraction line pumpable. CSN ® Explosion proof cartridge heaters as direct heaters for liquids or gases in hazardous environment. These units are equipped with a heating bundle or a replaceable ceramic heating element. For temperature control these heaters are available with an integrated temperature monitoring system. These devices are available in various material grades. The electric cartridge heating element type 93./..EEx….T.(.) is designed for the heating of liquids in the zone 1 and zone 2. The standars elements, mentioned in this list are suitable for DGRL (code 2014/68/EU) Art. 4, Para. 3. CSN®cartridge type heating elements and bath heaters are eminently suitable for direct heating and warming of liquids of all kinds. Corresponding to the nature of the different media protective coverings of steel, various special steel types or porcelain can be selected. The electric heating inserts of CSN®cartridge type heating elements may be installed or dismounted without the necessity of draining the liquids from the container. The CSN®cartridge type heating elements and bath heaters are manufactured for nominal voltages from 110 up to 690 volts D.C. and A.C. In the case of higher heating capacities 3 or more elements each, being individually divisible by the factor 3 can be star or delta connected to 230 and 400 volts A.C. threephase mains. At 12 kW and a related length the elements are fabricated for 400 volts A.C. threephase delta connections. In any case the desired voltage and type of current has to be stated.

CSN® screwin heating units are particularly suitable for the direct heating of liquids, air and gases. In relation to the process, we provide you with screwin or tank heating units with tubular heating elements made of stainless steel which we adjust to the respective application situation and the medium to be heated in consultation with you. The surface loadings, a very critical design feature for the longterm durability of the elements, are calculated for their specific application. For exact temperature monitoring, the screwin heating units can be manufactured with various controllers and / or limiters, as well as PT100 sensors or sheath thermocouples. The CSN® tubular heating elements are of versatile application and have a long life span, if appropriately used. The heating power is steplessly adjustable and the thermostat keeps your chosen temperature constant. Choose either frost protection or your temperature between + 5°C and + 30°C. The energy market called for technical solutions contributing to a mains stabilization and benefiting from the potential of favourable energy prices at the same time. The warm water boilers can be delivered in a power range from 35 kW up to 1.2 MW whereas the hot water boilers are available with a capacity of max. 10 MW. By means of parallel or series connection of several systems the power range can be extended optionally. The functional principle of warm and hot water boilers relies on the direct heating of flowing water via numerous resistance heating elements. For control purposes, they are summarized in groups which are either switched in steps or triggered infinitely variable via a thyristor power controller.

Temperature controllers and temperature sensors from Klöpper Therm are used in all electric heating systems in which the temperatures of the heated areas must be reliably measured and controlled with precision.

Heat recovery with the help of heat exchangers In industry, waste heat occurs at many points in the production process, which is often released into the environment without being used. In many cases, energy is even used to cool the waste heat flows from production so that they can be released into the environment. Heat exchangers (also called heat exchangers) are used for heat recovery so that the waste heat generated in the production process can be used again in the company. Gaseous or liquid media Waste heat can be in the form of gaseous media (e.g. warm exhaust air, steam, exhaust gases, etc.) or in the form of liquid media (e.g. hot water or other liquids). With the help of heat exchangers, the waste heat can be recovered from both gaseous and liquid media and then made available to the production process at a suitable point as energy in gaseous or liquid media. This process is known as energy recovery or also as heat recovery.

To maintain constant temperature in your tank or container, we provide the appropriate heating system. This could e.g. be implemented by heating the container surface with heating cables for holding temperatures of up to 250 °C. Transportable electrical heating equipment, including circulation pumps, are also available for holding temperature of up to 80 °C.

In-line conveyor ovens: Pallets pass through the oven one after the other. Automatic batch ovens: The oven is charged with pallets while kept at a temperature below the gelation temperature. After the last pallet has been loaded, the temperature cycle is started for the whole lot. The oven is emptied in a rapid process after the complete temperature profile has been run through. Stack ovens: Pallets are loaded into the oven. When each row has been filled, all the rows of pallets are lifted up by one level. When one row of pallets has reached the uppermost position of a temperature range, it is pushed into the next temperature zone and from here is lowered down in fixed time cycles and unloaded. Serpentine conveyor ovens: Pallets are loaded into the oven in fixed time cycles and pass through the individual temperature zones.
