Pallet based automated car parking system RESPACE Pallet based technology The pallet based automated car parking system RESPACE is an interesting solution for creating up to 50 parking spaces. Drivers park their car on a pallet in a cabin. The cabin is the only interface between the driver and the car park. From this point everything is automatic. The door of the cabin closes and the car is transported downwards by lift. From there the car standing on the pallet is brought to a free parking space via roller conveyors. The pallet based parking system RESPACE is characterized by a very compact design. From the lift the pallets with the vehicles are moved directly to adjacent parking spaces. Car parking and removal follows according the puzzle principle. The car park has 60 parking spaces and is used as a hotel car parking, but also available to the public.

The CR1 Euro pallet is firmly established as a multi-use pallet. The sturdy CR1 heavy-duty plastic pallet is optionally available with or without reinforcement profiles and has delivered top performances in internal logistics processes of various industries. With integrated profiles, the high performance of the pallet is met with a very high load-bearing capacity. Without steel reinforcements, the CR1 pallet is ideal for applications that do not require the capacity of the metal-reinforced version, but high performance is nonetheless essential. TRAPOROL’s particularly versatile roller rails with their narrow dimensions are ideally suited to the intralogistic conveying of light, flat-lying goods such as cartons and storage containers. The pal­let roller edge is the most eco­nom­i­cal solu­tion for cross pal­let trans­port. It is main­ly used for flow racks and flow stor­age. The sup­port­ing pro­file is made of steel with high flex­ing and tor­sion­al strength. Hole lines (two) in the bot­tom of the pro­file are des­ig­nat­ed to fix the edge on a sup­port­ing con­struc­tion. The ball bear­ings of the gal­va­nized steel sup­port rollers are main­te­nance free and have a long lifecycle.
