The specialist among the all-rounders The CM series is best for processing large, heavy and sensitive workpieces. They are available in seven configurations with bowl volumes ranging from 115 to 1,000 litres. You can also choose from a wide range of accessories – such as for sound deadening or metering – to ensure that the CM circular vibrator fits your requirements precisely. Processing sensitive workpieces To ensure that your sensitive workpieces are processed gently, we have purposely not fitted the CM series with a screening unit. Depending on your individual processing goal, you can choose a moving separating plate and pneumatic bowl outlet. These both help keep sensitive components apart so they do not damage each other. Flat bottom tanks according to DIN 4119, VdTÜV 960 and EN14015 up to diameter of 7.000 mm can be produced in our production site. Flat bottom tanks with larger diameter are prefabricated here and assemblied at costumers´ site by our qualified team. The manufacturing of backingspace leak detectioning double bottoms is also part of our range of services.

The TransiTec discharge and metering device type DZR is a flat-bottom discharge device which is placed under cylindrical hoppers. The scraper arms provide for the flow of material and the continious feed of the dosing device(s) underneath. The discharge unit DZR can be installed under bag unloading stations as well as under container emptying stations, big bag emptying stations or buffer hopper. This discharge device for poor flowing and bridbuilding bulk materials consists of a cylindrical hopper with welded or boltet flat bottom. The cylindrical hopper ensures that the product flows evenly. An over the flat bottom rotating scraper, driven by geared motor, ensures a constant filling of the underlying dosing device or other aggregate (conveyor, screw, rotary valve, etc.).

Our sustainable flatbottom pouches are suitable for almost every filling good, but particularly apt for coffee. They have laboratorytested barrier properties against oxygen, humidity and UV light and come with an aroma valve. With our outstanding aroma preservation (e.g. material Martha 0,0419,97 cm3/m2*24h*bar) your products stay fresh for a long time. The materials used are made out of recyclable mono plastic or sustainable paper. Due to small runs starting at 500 pieces, every product variation, taste and type gets their own design. Special editions are no problem either and quickly realized due to digital processes and fast delivery. Our pouches are fully printed – save time by not sticking labels and win space for your branding and product information. Design effects such as metallic shininess can be realized easily and without additional cost.
