TesT Force transducers comply with the best technologies available. They incorporate our long experience as well as our customer's preferences and requirements for precise and robust devices for various applications. TesT Force transducers are particularly characterized by precision, quality, robustness, durability and convenient handling. On demand we also provide specially-designed force transducers with other dimensions and measuring ranges. TesT delivers all electrical force and torque transducers with TEDS chips (TEDS = Transducer Electronic Data Sheet nach IEEE 1451.4). The electronic units of the model 813 and the TesTController 850-USB may recognize sensors equipped with TEDS chips, read their properties and calibration data and automatically calibrate with them. Thus, these electronic units operate with dozens of different sensors so that a complex recalibration is not required.

TesT electrical torque transducers are available as static reaction sensors and with rotary axle for dynamic applications. The requirements of our customers to precise, durable devices for industrial applications are fulfilled. They are easy to handle, from high quality and long life span. Other dimensions, measuring ranges and executions are available on request. The TesTController 850 is able to process up to six measuring channels with a 24 bit resolution and further six channels with a 10 bit resolution. In addition, it can handle three measuring channels for incremental signals. For controlling of drives there are three regulations channels available, so that even complex combination drives are possible (e.g. force and torque control at the same time). The maximum control frequency is 1 kHz, the maximum measurement frequency is 50 kHz. This testing machine controller 850 may recognize sensors that are equipped with TEDS chips (Transducer Electronic Data Sheet acc.to IEEE 1451.4), read their properties and calibration data, and automatically calibrate them. Thus, these electronic units operate with dozens of different sensors, so that a complex recalibration is not required. All universal testing machines of the model series 106 - 114 are equipped with the TesTController 850.
