Explosion-proof heaters - ATEX – Standard. Explosion-proof heaters are used in many industrial or commercial applications that are classified as hazardous areas. Our appliances are used to heat the ambient air of hazardous areas in zone 1 and 2, typically in chemical industries, paint and lacquer industries, sewage plants and mining. Heaters made of high-grade stainless steel are recommended for aggressive environments (e.g. sewage plants), while heaters with a painted or coated surface, also available with protection basket, are sufficient for standard applications. Screw-in heaters are versatile and intended for heating liquid media in industrial and commercial applications. When selecting, the specific surface load permitted for the respective medium must be observed and checked by the customer. EHK G2 are mainly used for heating hydraulic oil in containers in which the replacement of the heating cartridge without draining the medium must be possible. Ceramic heating cartridge in stainless steel tube ø 50mm, material-no. 1.4512 or material-no. 1.4404. G2″ thread SW70 welded from V2A. Terminal box made of PA6-GF30, impact-resistant and oil-resistant, degree of protection IP66/67. Unheated zone 50mm, surface load 1,5 W/cm², voltage 230/400 V. Special versions on request.

Schultze RiRo heaters are your solution for industrial and commercial heating appliances: dust- and watertight, corrosion-resistant, flexible and uncomplicated to install. Suitable for damp locations and rough industry environment, for reliable and efficient heating – often unnoticed, but indispensable. Universal features: for power types 1000 W to 3000 W the connection can be fitted with either 230 V or 400 V 3(N) ~. On request: for special applications all types are available in special voltages or different high-grade steel qualities, e.g. for food- or off-shore-industry.

STOL®76 is a precipitation hardened CuNiSi alloy for applications in the automotive, electrical and electronics industries. This alloy is particularly suitable for components in the medium strength range (up to 620 MPa). The combination of good electrical conductivity and good relaxation resistance makes this alloy especially recommendable for automotive connectors.

The plant shown above is used to manufacture reinforcement items from solid material with a diameter of 20mm for the building industry. Servo-electric units such as bending slides, presses and finger benders are combined into customer-specific solutions for the production of individual items that can not be produced on standard machines. Westfälische Drahtindustrie produces cold rolled flat and shaped wires at its Brotterode site. Over the last few decades, the Brotterode plant, with its central location in the heart of Europe, has evolved into an important supplier to the international cold rolling industry. With around 40 employees, we manufacture flat and profile wires in coils or bars for our industrial customers at our site in Brotterode (Thuringia) - on an area of 40,000 m². Our products can be found in the offshore, construction, electrical and automotive industries, among others. The Brotterode plant maintains quality assurance in accordance with ISO 9001 and certified energy management in accordance with ISO 50001. The H3 plastic pallet is the industrial-sized version of the H1 Euro pallet. This hygienic pallet is a proven choice primarily in the food and meat processing industry, however it is also suitable for transportation and storage of medium weight loads at temperatures down to -40°C in the non-food sector.
