INDUSTRIAL CONDENSER DRYER DH 145 SThe ultimate industrial condensation dryer DH 145 S dehumidifies an enormous 475 liters per day This standard industrial dryer dehumidifies up to 475 litres per day and is a particularly economical solution for keeping stored goods dry and to prevent damages caused by mould as well as corrosion during industrial processes. The dryer comes equipped with an integrated hot gas automatic defrost, which guarantees efficient dry keeping without breaks for defrosting at certain intervals in which dehumidification pauses. Via the external outlet of the DH 145 S condensate can be drained across stories, because the standard condensate pump is designed for a discharge head of four metres. The completely equipped electrical cylinder unit includes the motor transmission unit, along with the motor brake, two-channel Hall-IC sensor and two end-limit switches. All connection lines run directly out of the unit to make configuration and initial start-up easier, particularly for PLC operation. The fixation of the electric cylinder connections is compatible with commercial pneumatic and hydraulic cylinders.

EOL test stand for e-charging columns and their power electronics for the simulation of different electrical loads and mains fluctuations. The test stand has automatic contacting and achieves high test throughputs in end-of-line operation. Different variants of the power electronics of electric charging columns can be tested. On the software side, Merecs Engineering relies on NI-LabVIEW and NI-TestStand.

The Polyplast Compound Plant located in the historical site of Eilenburg works on the development and production of PVC Comounds. Many formulations have been developed for our customers’ specific applications. Here, it is essential to understand the particularities of the manufacturing process and to modify the existing formulations according to customer needs. Our highly experienced employees provide the basis for this demanding task. Decelith® compounds are available for many different cable standards. Crystal clear compounds and PVC compounds with enhanced flame retardancy are manufactured by PCW. Another specialty is the development of products for the connector injection molding sector. The produced bars are delivered with mill test certificates according to DIN EN 10204/3.1. Available in random sizes of 8 - 100mm and lengths of 3000-3200 mm. *The regular minimum order quantity is 500 kg. The finished bars are packed in bundles of approx.500 kg. Each bundle carries two labels, providing information about dimensions, grade, heat number, weight, manufacturer's code and works inspector. Chamfering based on customer's requirements.
