Demag frequency inverters ensure that your motors deliver the performance that you expect. We offer solutions for virtually all drive applications with our Dedrive Pro 880 and Dedrive Compact STO ranges, to meet even the most demanding requirements. Dedrive Pro 880 and Dedrive Compact STO provide optimum utilization of motor output for variable speed control. The starting current is limited and, at the same time, the motor and gearbox loads are reduced – any mechanical elements (including the crane girders and crane runway) are protected and loads are transported smoothly and gently.

Our motors perform a wide variety of industrial drive tasks. Reliably and effectively. For example, our type Z cylindrical-rotor brake motors – also as brake motors – offer high drive efficiency – also in continuous duty. They are specially designed to match our gearbox range and provide for simple project engineering. Our conical-rotor brake motors with outputs of up to 55 kW are used for stopping-and-starting drives or for direct line-fed travel applications. Thanks to their unique brake principle, they are the first choice wherever demanding requirements have to be met by the brake.

Our geared motors are configured from a modular range of motors and gearboxes that are designed for a perfect match. Our modular system enables us to implement solutions tailored to meet your needs quickly and costeffectively using standardized sub-assemblies to create offset geared motors, angular geared motors and helical geared motors. This saves you valuable project engineering time – and gives you the certainty of reliable specification. At the same time, you benefit from our extensive design and application expertise in every module.

Our wheels and wheel block systems are designed and manufactured as modular solutions for a wide variety of applications. They are used in countless mobile devices and systems – as single components or as complete travel units. The spindle (trapezoidal thread or steep thread) remains in dry operation, providing many technical advantages. For example, dirt does not stick to lubricants. The screw drive can thus be used on the one hand in applications with extreme dirt accumulation and on the other in the hygiene sector. The trak | uplift battery is a lead-acid battery optimized for use in industrial trucks. The coordinated active materials have improved the high-current discharge process and the fast-charging capability. In addition, the pocket separator provides longer cycle life in traction applications and prevents short circuits due to mossing. The pole feed-through with labyrinth system ensures smooth operation while requiring low maintenance. trak | uplift battery is the cost-optimized entry-level model of our trak | uplift series and is ideally suited for single-shift operation due to its durability and cost-effectiveness. Additional accessories, such as electrolyte circulation, can be retrofitted at any time. In summary, trak | uplift is the first choice if you want to minimize your investment costs and make optimum use of your budget.

The L-10 series has our smallest and most compact hydraulic drive with helical gearing. With its extremely high axial load capacity in a slim, cylindrical design with flange mounting and drive, the ultra-compact L-10 series is ideal for applications with limited space. Helac’s sliding spline hydraulic technology with helical gearing is not self-locking and offers both high impact resistance and high holding torque for demanding applications. The L-10 series functions as a rotating device as well as a mounting bracket and support structure, so that no external bearing systems, brakes or locking devices are required. Available in five standard sizes with an output torque of up to 2,825 Nm at 210 bar.

In the serial arrangement, a vertically aligned linear drive shaft (double-acting linear cylinder) is mounted on the vertically aligned rotary drive shaft (swivel motor), i.e. the piston rod of the cylinder and the output shaft of the swivel motor are mechanically coupled via a movable shaft-hub connection. The pallet holder is lifted by the piston rod, which also serves as a bearing for the pallet holder and safely absorbs all the forces generated during asymmetrical loading.
