The power supply modules of the IM82-24 series feed DC consumers and especially our IM, IMS and IMC interface modules with 24 V. The devices are mounted on DIN rail and meet protection class IP20. The output current is - depending on the type - 2.5 A, 5 A, 10 A or 20 A. Thanks to their universal AC/DC input, the power supplies can be used worldwide in numerous networks. Other features include high efficiency, as well as temperature resistance and dynamic overload capability.

The IMX12-CCM (Cabinet Condition Monitoring) can be installed in virtually any cabinet or any protective enclosure to ontinuously check the current protection degree there - even retrospectively. The DIN rail device notifies with a switching signal improperly closed doors, as well as exceedances of temperature and interior humidity, to the control system.

We offer the appropriate interface device for separating, forming, processing, converting and conditioning analog signals. The product portfolio comprises analog signal isolators, isolating transducers, temperature measuring amplifiers, potentiometer amplifiers, trip amplifiers and level monitors - for simple and complex requirements, for Ex- and non-Ex applications, available in the IP20 housing for DIN rail as well as in the compact IP67 housing for decentralized on-site remote control.

The modules of the IMSP series are connected before the interface devices and provide reliable protection against voltage surges. The only 6.2 mm wide DIN rail devices are IP20 rated and can be used in the Ex and non-Ex area. Among other things, modules are available for surge-protected connection of analog signals (e.g. for analog signal isolators and temperature measuring amplifiers) as well as for connecting binary signals from switches or inductive and capacitive sensors.

Everywhere, where digital signals must be electrically separated and processed or current and voltage limited power supply is needed, our interface devices are used such as isolating switching amplifiers, solenoid drivers, relay couplers and rotation speed monitors. The interface devices are available in the IP20 modular housing for DIN rail as well as in the compact IP67 housing for decentralized remote-site use. The product portfolio also comprises solutions for the Ex area and SIL-certified devices.

Analogue 3-wire temperature Transmitter The OPTITEMP TT 11 is an analogue, multirange 3-wire temperature transmitter which works together with single resistance thermometers of the type Pt100 and Pt1000. A special feature of the device is its 0...10 VDC output that predestines it for the HVAC systems in building services applications. The transmitter has a high reliability and a good industrial performance. The OPTITEMP TT 11 series consists of 2 different versions in terms of the mounting. The TT 11 R is the rail-mount version for DIN rails whereas the TT 11 C is primarily intended to be mounted in a "B connection head" or larger according to DIN EN 50446. As an alternative you can also mount the in-head version on a DIN rail according to EN 60715 with the help of an optionally available rail mounting kit.

Analogue 2-wire temperature Transmitter The OPTITEMP TT 10 is an analogue, multirange 2-wire temperature transmitter which works together with RTDs of the type Pt100. The main field of application is an industrial environment, therefore the device has a high reliability and an excellent industrial performance. The OPTITEMP TT 10 series consists of 2 different versions in terms of the mounting. The TT 10 R is the rail-mount version for DIN rails whereas the TT 10 C is primarily intended to be mounted in a "B connection head" or larger according to DIN EN 50446. As an alternative you can also mount the in-head version on a DIN rail according to EN 60715 with the help of an optionally available rail mounting kit.

The aluminium pressure die-cast protective shroud (F3: aluminium sand casting) fully shields the pedal at the top and sides while the wide base provides a high degree of stability. It reliably prevents accidental operation from above by falling objects or careless operation from the side. Due to its robust construction the protective shroud withstands a drop of 20 kg from a height of 1 m. The foot switch is uniquely designed to allow inclusion of additional equipment: — Emergency Stop button — Contactor on DIN rail as main power switch — Customized installations (e.g. light indicators)

In addition to the strip speed, VRecoS also records up to three further tracks, such as the rolling force or the strip thickness at the ingoing and outgoing ends of the mill. The measurement protocols can be stored, printed out and distributed by e-mail. The measured values are recorded as a function of length. The recording frequency can be set with a scanning rate of 2 ms. Random lengths of strip at the leading and trailing ends (drop-off) can be suppressed, even subsequently. The signals are recorded using a data collector belonging to the scope of supply. Its electronics with input and output modules is designed for installation in switch cabinets or desks in interference-proof 24 Volt top-hat (DIN) rail technology. It transmits the data via a network cable to the Windows recording computer which can be supplied by Vollmer or by the customer.

Connecting digital signals directly at the machine can contribute to significant cost and effort minimization. A classic application is the linking of different signals directly in the field. Thus, it is possible to avoid long line paths of many individual devices, which significantly reduces the wiring effort and the need for control inputs. All input signals on the logic modules are visualized by integrated LED and are electrically decoupled from each other. In this way, influences from one device to the other are reliably prevented. The outputs of the modules are overload-proof and the upcoming signal is also indicated by an LED. In addition to logical input signal connections such as AND and OR, versions with signal change control are also available. The ipf logic modules are available for DIN rail mounting or as field modules.
