Klöpper Therm designs and manufactures specified switch and control cabinets in various designs – for nearly all types of electric surface heating. By the installation of electronic controllers, heating systems can be controlled in dependence of temperature and/or humidity. Arising disruptions during the control of temperature measuring sensors such as e.g. a falling below temperature, can be signalled or transmitted via indicator lights and/or dry contacts. The operating conditions of each heating circuit in the cold store is indicated by LED indicator lights. Via keylock or push buttons, all heating circuits can be checked quickly and simply. You can easily get an overview about economic efficiency and energy consumption of your heating system incl. documentation with an operating hours counter or energy meter.

The conductivity measuring transducer CONDIX measures the conductivity of liquids. The evaluation of the measuring result is made via the Modbus RTU digital interface directly in a PLC or in the SCADA system. This eliminates the need for additional transmitters with display.

Wherever condensation free warmth is needed without long air transportation ways, on site and immidately effective, the favourable electric heating units of the TDS R series are best choice. Because in comparision to direct fired gas or oil heaters dont consume oxygen and produce no combustion gases, they are well suited for temperature management of unheated inside rooms, workshops or garages. COMFORT DEHUMIDIFIER TTK 68 ETrendy technology with a smart look The TTK 68 E with its elegant green metallic look evidently focuses not only on design, upon first switch-on this comfort device also demonstrates that a full range of de luxe features can be affordable for everyone. One of many sophisticated extras: The air flap opens automatically when pressing the start button and closes upon switch-off in order to protect the air outlet from dirt. The device can be used in continuous operation, employing a hygrostat automatism or else whilst controlled by a timer switch. It comes with an extra mode for drying laundry and automatically indicates the necessity of filter cleaning or of emptying the condensation tank. The target humidity value is entered conveniently via real-value selection and shown directly on the innovative integral display, which is not only a true eyecatcher, but owing to this construction also particularly easy to clean.

Multi-consumer valves distribute the output of the high-pressure pump evenly or as required to several high-pressure blasting tools. KAMAT offers two valves for this purpose: the mobile dual consumer control and the MVS4 multi-consumer control. When the consumer is opened, both controls open the valve and when the consumer is closed, the valve is closed. When all valves are closed, the controls switch off the pressure generation. The dual-user control is used to control one or two high-pressure consumers, such as high-pressure guns. The dual-user control is available with pneumatically or electrically controlled valves. The consumer and the high-pressure plunger pump have a corresponding control option. The dual consumer control and the consumer are connected by an electrical switch.

KAMAT foot valves and foot switches are products of the highest technical quality. They are designed for opening and closing the water supply to high pressure blasting equipment. This valve can be used to open and close the water supply to a high pressure blasting unit. The water is supplied by a high pressure hose connected to the foot valve. When the pedal of the valve is depressed, the valve opens. When the pedal is released, the valve closes and the water is discharged through the bypass without pressure. The foot valve and high pressure pump can also be connected via an electrical switch. If the pump has a suitable control, the pressure generation is switched on or off mechanically when the valve is actuated. The KAMAT foot valve has been designed and constructed in accordance with the rules of technology and applicable standards and guidelines.

Because of their specifications governed by corresponding standards, these cable pull switches are used exclusively as safety command devices. These switches are available in metal enclosures as well as in insulation-enclosed versions. They are operated manually by pulling on the attached cable. The aluminium pressure die-cast protective shroud (F3: aluminium sand casting) fully shields the pedal at the top and sides while the wide base provides a high degree of stability. It reliably prevents accidental operation from above by falling objects or careless operation from the side. Due to its robust construction the protective shroud withstands a drop of 20 kg from a height of 1 m. STAUFF Return Line Simplex Filters SRFL-S and Duplex Filters SRFL-D are designed for in-line hydraulic applications. With the DIMMbox, FRIWO offers a technically sophisticated solution for dimming LED lighting. Different versions of the DIMMbox enable dimming per DALI, Push-Dim or 1 - 10 V. The dimming function is achieved by pulse width modulation control (PWM) with a switching frequency of 600 Hz. There are no flicker effects due to the chosen frequency. The DIMMbox works with a voltage range from 15 to 50 VDC and a current of 5 A at input and output. The device can be operated in constant voltage- or constant current mode in connection with FRIWO LED drivers. Furthermore, the DIMMbox is connectable to all third party drivers in constant voltage mode. With a length of 153 mm and a minimum cross section of 21 x 30 mm, the DIMMbox can be used for smallest profiles. The DIMMbox is approved for Europe and complies with the low voltage directives EN61347-1, EN61347-2-11 and EN60065 as well as with the EMC directives EN55015, EN55022 and EN61547.

The injector-glass-blasting cabin is operated by hand with a gun. A blast-collecting collector ensures a smooth blasting circuit within the system. With the help of roller rails, as well as through-slots (on the side and in the roof surface with special brushes against the penetration of dust), surface treatment of glass panes is easy. On the front side there is an easy-open loading door for radiating hollow glass bodies. A work grate and two shock-proof long-field lamps (for glare-free illumination of the blasting chamber) guarantee a smooth workflow. The foot switch as well as the drain cup on the blasting agent funnel, an attached control box with pressure reducing valve and pressure gauge, motor protection switch, on / off button, solenoid valve, control lights, switches for interior lighting, main switch, emergency stop switch and support control ensure uncomplicated operation.
