The SB3 pallet box is available with either closed or perforated walls and bottom and a choice between three runners or nine feet. The exceptionally stable runner or foot connection ensures extreme resistance and the runner version in particular offers secure lift-tilt emptying by a rotating forklift. Additional ribs on the outer walls of the large load carrier provide increased impact protection against forklift tines. The overall seamless construction and the smooth inner surfaces of the SB3 pallet box enable easy emptying and cleaning as well as good drying properties. Stacking shoulders in the upper and lower edge make the container compatible with a large number of other pallet boxes (Euro stacking system). TRAPOROL’s particularly versatile roller rails with their narrow dimensions are ideally suited to the intralogistic conveying of light, flat-lying goods such as cartons and storage containers. The pal­let roller edge is the most eco­nom­i­cal solu­tion for cross pal­let trans­port. It is main­ly used for flow racks and flow stor­age. The sup­port­ing pro­file is made of steel with high flex­ing and tor­sion­al strength. Hole lines (two) in the bot­tom of the pro­file are des­ig­nat­ed to fix the edge on a sup­port­ing con­struc­tion. The ball bear­ings of the gal­va­nized steel sup­port rollers are main­te­nance free and have a long lifecycle.
