Even when securing the load, the lashing material must be protected from the “sharp edge“. Highvalue loads may not be damaged by lashing chains. The secutex SKKE simple edgeprotector is simply placed onto the chain via the slit on the reverse side, making it impossible to lose. The edgeprotector is light and flexible. Due to the low deadweight and flexible textile reinforcement, the edgeprotector can be attached easily and quickly to the load. Important note The secutex SKKE simple edgeprotector is not intended for prolonged use.

We supply the European and international market with unalloyed and medium-alloyed chain steel wires from our Iserlohn-Kalthof plant in sizes ranging from 4.0 mm to 25.0 mm.

The secutex chain sleeve protects the chain (sandblasting) and the slinger. The protective hose is not well suited for the intensive use and transport of sharpedged parts due to the high surface pressure and the lack of reinforcement. Please note The chain hoses are designed for chains of quality class 8 that conform to standards.

The T3 system combines smooth operation, low noise, simple assembly, and economy. The side bands, which snap together, replace a conventional pin and bore connection and prevent relative movements between the joints giving extremely low wear. This means virtually no wear or abrasion (cleanroom). The t-band's geometry means that hardly any polygon effect is generated when the energy chain is placed. The t-band therefore rolls in a very smooth arc, giving extremely low vibration and noise. In order to reduce the manufacturing and installation costs, the t-band is not mounted individually, but – much like the E3 system – in an eight-link length. Due to its low mass, the t-band is suitable for applications with low fill weights and short strokes combined with high speeds and accelerations.

Aside from the tried-and-tested uses of the E6, the new generation offers additional advantages which significantly simplify operation. Upper run guide for long travels, unsupported in swarf areas Especially in machine tools on long travels, when the energy chain has to be used in a sliding manner, metallic swarf is a problem. guidelok is the cost-effective solution for travels, unsupported up to 50m. The guidelok horizontal is more cost-effective than many steel chains or complex sliding systems. Safely guide many different cables in a confined space with e-spool. e-spool uniquely combines two different energy supply systems: one standard energy chain is guided by a roller, providing the correct length and tension of the energy supply system through an integrated spring. In the home position, the energy chain is completely rolled up to save space. The attachment chain may only be used as an attachment accessory without edge protection if a 20% reduction in load lifting capacity is taken into consideration or if the nextlargest chain thickness is used. Otherwise, a secutex SKK hinged edgeprotector must be used. A “sharp edge” exists when the edge radius is smaller than the nominal thickness of the lifting chain. Chain Magnetic Separator are used for the cleaning of liquids contaminated with magnetizable solid particles and foreign oils. F.E.S. separator systems can be used in full-flow or bypass cleaning applications. The separation performance varies depending on the level of contamination and the volume flow rate. Note: The separator systems can be supplied via a separate supply pump, existing system pumps (with sufficient reserve capacity within the existing system components), or a free inlet (with sufficient geodetic height difference). CONEC Hybrid connectors soon to be certified according to IEC standard 61076-2-118. For conventional wiring of motors, servo-drives or linear units/drives, time and costs for cabling, maintenance and diagnostics are very high. Separate cables from the switch cabinet are used for the power supply and control of every single motor. This procedure does not only require much space, but also causes high costs. With the new CONEC series, a compact hybrid connector system has been developed, combining power supply and data transmission in one single connector. This technology is equivalent to the modern connection and interface wiring technology.

HPC-40 is a roller rod chain with clearly dened characteristics developed with regard to modern mechatronic monitoring systems - created to enable reliable performance monitoring. Modern, computer-aided, reproducible manufacturing processes enable a more precise assembly of the individual components thus extending their service lives signicantly. Sensors monitor the wear thus contributing to an extended overall service life od HPC-40. For HPC-40, it was possible to extend the breaking load by 30 % and the fatigue strength by 40 %, as we were able to eliminate the risk of fatigue factors. Existing plants can, of course, be retrotted with the new HPC-40. HPC-40 helps fully utilise the features and functions of a modern ContiRoll® in a fast continuous operation
