With BEULCO BlackLine® the next generation of plastic connectors has emerged. Function and material are aligned in a way that highest possible safety and best comfort are given during installation. The connectors are made of extremely resistant high performance material (PP and POM). It is characterized by high strength and hardness in a wide range of temperatures. Additional features as the high heat resistance, a low friction coefficient and a minor water absorption make the material coparable to metal. It is resistant against UV, chemicals and corrosion.

The exclusive MASTER 3 sound-insulating drain system from SANHA consists of high-quality three-layer pipes and modern fittings. The drain pipes are constructed with three perfectly matched layers that work together to meet all the demands that a drain system is subjected to in the construction of a modern house, apartment and industrial building. Each layer optimises the properties of the pipe: The smooth inner layer prevents encrustations and is partly responsible for the good sound insulation properties. The solid middle layer is extremely robust and the brown outer layer provides excellent impact resistance even at low temperatures. The sealing ring consists of styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR).

Threaded brass fittings (material no. CW617N, composition CuZn40Pb2) are well-suited for the use in a wide range of applications such as heating, rain water or water /glycole mixtures (or similar water with frost protection additives). Threaded brass fittings are durable and easy to install and have a high Brinell hardness for increased corrosion protection. Our programme of threaded brass fittings also includes brass extensions. The wide range of different threaded brass fitting dimensions from ¼“ up to 2 1/2“ as well as several different chromed versions off installers the option of finding the right fitting for the application in question. Even though brass fittings are allowed for drinking water installations in many countries, we recommend the use of our lead-free series for this application.

SANHA produces capillary fittings of the series PURAFIT® - just like our press fittings PURAPRESS® - from the completely lead-free premium material silicon bronze CuSi. This copper alloy is optimally adapted for the use in drinking water systems as it fulfills the strict legal requirements of the Drinking Water Directive. By using lead-free PURAFIT® capillary fittings, installers can always be certain that they will not be subject to any legal claims in case the lead tolerances are exceeded. Also, lead-free fittings satisfy the market's desire for safe and healthy drinking water installations. PURAFIT® capillary fittings from CuSi are tested and certified by all relevant national and international certification bodies and can be used for a wide variety of applications in the sanitary and heating industry

Our SA series contains copper weld elbows according to [DIN 2607 - insert UK norm], torispherical heads for the pre-welding and angle flanged wheels for pre-welding.

The SANHA®-Therm installation system consists of tried and trusted SANHA®-Therm press fittings from carbon steel (c-steel) with a black sealing ring from EPDM (ethylene propylene dien rubber monomere) and SANHA®-Therm carbon steel pipes according to EN 10305-3. The carefully manufactured installation systen and its components offer an economically attractive solution for closed heating installations. At the same time, SANHA®-Therm ist especially well suited for pressurised air and fire extinguishing systems according to EN 10346 (DZ version). The variant "Contiflo" also offers galvanized system pipes which are characterized by being easy to bend. Our C-steel system is furthermore available as a LABS*-free version (series 27000).

The installation system consists of high-quality NiroTherm® Industry press fittings with a red sealing ring made from FKM (Fluoro carbon) and NiroTherm® stainless steel system pipes. The system is made from the material number 1.4301 (AISI 304). NiroTherm® Industry offers installers therefore an attractive alternative to commonly used materials for closed systems that needs considerably less insulation work against corrosion. NiroTherm® Industry system press fittings are marked on the outside with a read "HT" and a red dot.

System press fittings from copper and copper alloys for copper pipes according to EN 1057 for flammable gases and interior gas piping with yellow sealing rings made from HNBR (hydrated nitrile butadiene rubber). SANHA®-Press Gas system fittings are tested according to BS EN 8537 and certified or approved by all relevant national and international certification bodies. Our system fittings are labelled with a yellow „PN 5 - GT/PN 1“ on the outside.

Drinking water supply pipes of PVC-C and PP-R pipes with which houses have been renovated and equipped in the 90s become more and more lead after 20 – 25 years. Many pipe producers do not longer offer repair parts or the repair is too complex. So the owner has no alternative as to renovate the pipes completely. As an experienced producer of connectors in the field of pipe systems we have dealt with this problem together with our customers. Now we can offer a cheap alternative for the repair of PVC-C and PP-R pipes for hot water. Instead of complex repairs by welding or adhering the BEULCO push-in connector enables to repair the damage in short time. Conduits can be filled shortly after their installations. An additional advantage is that special tools are not necessary. Simply repairing instead of expensively renovating and disposing. In this way the budget is credited and the environment is protected.

The SANHA series 4000 and 5000 "SA" consist of tried and trusted solder and transition fittings for copper pipes according to EN 1057 and EN 13348 for hard and soft soldering.  All products are certified according to many national and international certification bodies. SANHA capillary solder fittings are manufactured from copper (Cu-DHP, CW024A  for moulded parts) and copper alloys CC499K (threaded parts, cast parts) and fulfill all requirements of BS EN 1254.
