Novelis G77Ac anodized aluminum sheet produces a material with a natural gray matte tone. The surface is designed for use in both internal and external aluminum architecture, making it desirable for facades, roofing and interior cladding. Similar to our other anodized aluminum sheet products, Novelis G77Ac can be processed further, such as roll forming, stamping, edging and bending.

Good formability and conductivity make our products useful for condenser case products produced via drawing processes. Manufacturers of these aluminum case applications rely on Novelis to provide high-quality aluminum coils or sheet in alloys such as 1050 and 3004. Novelis produces pre-painted aluminum for scales, dials and nameplates in laser engraving quality, in the form of a surface-treated coil or sheet. Specialized coatings are applied by rollers. Printing is possible via standard commercial inks and paints with no special materials required.

Novelis offers industrial aluminum coils and sheet in alloys for the main board and back cover of LED TVs and LCD monitors. Leading LED TV manufacturers, including Samsung and LG, call upon Novelis to supply critical parts such as back panel, bottom chassis, bezel and stand structures for some of the largest, most brilliant displays on the market today.

Novelis aluminum sheets arrive with protective film in place on delivery, and they can be processed easily for perfect edges and flawless corners. In addition, we test the surface and substance of all our products to conform to the highest international quality standards. Novelis offers two corrosion-resistant alloys of tension-free aluminum sheeting, including the hard-wearing AIMg3 alloy, to simplify reinforcement and reduce substructure costs. The secutex end frame is used for the inclined and vertical storage of coils and slit strips.

The robust steel construction is the optimal solution for secure handling, efficient transport and careful storage of coils and wire coils. secutex coilprotect “Altus” is suitable for all coil sizes. The robust steel construction can be easily mounted. It is ideal for the erection of longterm storage spaces. This coil storage can be loaded with coil hooks and coil tongs. The valuable coils resting upon the support surfaces are protected by secutex impact protection. In comparison to other chemical materials, secutex is extremely resistant to wear and tear.

When rolling off a load over the floor, the heavy load can slip uncontrollably on the smooth warehouse floor. There is considerable risk of accidents. Expensive equipment can be damaged under their own weight and may require timeconsuming reprocessing. secutex turning mats (see figure above) are completely slipresistant. The turning manoeuvre can be performed safely and smoothly.

The proven secutex wire coil mat reliably prevents scratches and dents. The lightweight mat can be positioned quickly. Users especially rate the new rolloff stop. The individual wire rings hook firmly into the transverse grooves. The wire bundles no longer slip and an additional bundling is no longer necessary.

The flexible coil mat with surrounding oil pan was designed for oilfree storage room floors. The coil mat and the surrounding oil pan are made from a single casting. Oil spillage and the associated slip hazard for employees is thereby prevented.

The light and mobile coil mat was designed for the storage of coils. It is convenient to use. Thus, makeshift storage can be set up rapidly and flexibly. Alternatively, existing storage can be expanded should bottlenecks arise.

Lowprofile secutec coil cradle for longterm storage of coils of all sizes. The coil cradle may be loaded using coil hook/coil tongs as well as with a forklift truck.

Flexible or durable! The modular coil storage system (patent pending) is designed for flexible use as a coil mat or, in combination with the side tubes, for the permanent storage of coils and slit steel steel. With the coil mat, temporary storage can be set up quickly or existing warehouses can be expanded in the case of a bottleneck. Based on proven coil anodizing technology from our B57S® product, B73A can be used for shelving, furniture, medical and domestic appliances and many other applications. The surface of Novelis B73A is industrially pre-treated and coil anodised in a continuous process. This ensures a consistent high quality and is therefore the most cost-effective solution for the customer. B73A offers customised solutions with different functional and decorative requirements for the electronic, domestic appliances and chemical industries*. Our delivery program offers a wide product range, including a variety of colours and standard coating thicknesses. Standards are available in 1 ton lots on a short delivery time. *Please note: Due to the hardness of the anodic film, crazing can occur during extreme bending or forming. The consistent high quality of B57S makes it an excellent choice of anodising quality aluminum. It is designed for many different applications including electronic covers, in the transport and automotive industries, road and advertising signs and equipment housings. Your selection of material is of utmost importance. Finding a high quality product, with a good price/performance ratio, B57S will meet your needs. B57S can easily be cut, drilled, punched, edge-flanged and formed. Welding and brazing should be avoided in visible areas, because the localized heating of the metal will change its structure and affect the anodized finish.
