Connecting digital signals directly at the machine can contribute to significant cost and effort minimization. A classic application is the linking of different signals directly in the field. Thus, it is possible to avoid long line paths of many individual devices, which significantly reduces the wiring effort and the need for control inputs. All input signals on the logic modules are visualized by integrated LED and are electrically decoupled from each other. In this way, influences from one device to the other are reliably prevented. The outputs of the modules are overload-proof and the upcoming signal is also indicated by an LED. The Motion06 Manual Sorting Belt Conveyor is used in those places where bulky luggage is collected centrally from the various luggage lines and prepared for inspection. As a special solution, it can be adjusted to a huge range of conditions, such as conveyor height, positioning of the control system, belt lengths, conveying direction or conveying speed. The heart of the sorting belt is formed by two plastic link conveyors, which are characterised by a very smooth and wearresistant surface and have a far longer life span than roller tables that have been used in the past. The individual pieces of luggage are transported to a certain position by the electronic link conveyor and then manually pushed off in the direction of the conveyor. This procedure makes the work of airport personnel considerably easier.

The TSSR-Meter can be used to perform conventional isothermal relaxation measurements as well as Temperature Scanning Stress Relaxation (TSSR), an anisothermal stress relaxation measurement method (AISR method). This method can be used to characterize the mechanical-thermal properties of elastomers. An important factor here is the determination of the cross-linking density. With the ever increasing demands on materials, the determination of crosslinking density is an important advantage, and therefore the TSSR meter is particularly suitable for material development and quality control during production.
