Pressure Boosting Pumps series TH and FH use closed impellers in order to minimize power consumption and to optimize hydraulic pump efficiencies. In addition, the TH series offers high pressures at short immersion depths. Inline pumps of the series FH can be used as boosting pumps if provided with positive inlet pressure. This inlet pressure can be provided by the central coolant supply or a feed pump. In such a setup, pumps of the series FH can raise the incoming pressure by up to 26 bar. A frequency converter can be supplied for special applications or for matching the pump characteristic to a specific duty point. The type UMR tube forming machines use smart operating technology with many predefined settings that can be retrieved automatically to achieve perfect mirror-like surfaces. When producing flares with 20°-90° angles, with a clamping length of 1 x D, the machine achieves perfect sealing surfaces. Flaring up to 90° can be produced in a single cycle. Tools can be changed extremely quickly. With the appropriate tools, the machine can also close tube ends.

Our rotational technology increases the possibilities of forming on tubes with minimal expenditure on tools. All the drives are servo-electric by design and, if needed, CNC-operated. In our SRM rollforming machines, all the settings are preloaded, so there is no longer any need for costly adjustments. Different tool variants further expand the processing possibilities for chipless cutting or post-bending cutting. The machines can produce internal and external profiles and can also roll in synchronicity thanks to a special tool head (inside/outside).

With the new generation of our combination machines, we have continued to develop the new diversity for forming pipes. Geometries that effectively replace high-cost and expensive turned parts can be formed directly at the pipe end in the endforming machine – for a final component of a single workpiece that is ready for use without elaborate soldering or welding. Implementation of the combination can be specified by you or based directly on the forming geometry. This is usually done using up to 6 axial forming stages and at least one rotary unit. Trimming, as well as axial and rotary forming, may require 2 rotary forming stations. Simple trimming or deburring after forming at the pipe end are no demanding challenges. Therefore, all our axial forming machines and combination machines are equipped with one or several single-drive axes. They have a servo-electrical drive and can be used in each of the holders for the forming stages, making the system is very flexible and compact.

CompuSpray is the LubricationHybrid featuring a perfect addition to the PressSpray Technology, this system will allow selective spray lubrication while fully boxed in a stainless steel housing. Turn off all nozzles you don´t need and apply lubricant only where actually needed to gain longer dielife and more productivity. At the same time, don´t lose sight the pump is airpressurized not the nozzle thus no spray mist.

Slit metal often has camber. GSW builds Camber Straighteners, that help remove this defect. Coil Feed Lines that process small crosssections often only need minor straightening efforts. Here, we can help with pullthrough Straighteners also known as Flatteners. We usually mount them at the entrance of our Servo Roll Feeds or Air Feeds.
