TesT Force transducers comply with the best technologies available. They incorporate our long experience as well as our customer's preferences and requirements for precise and robust devices for various applications. TesT Force transducers are particularly characterized by precision, quality, robustness, durability and convenient handling. On demand we also provide specially-designed force transducers with other dimensions and measuring ranges. TesT delivers all electrical force and torque transducers with TEDS chips (TEDS = Transducer Electronic Data Sheet nach IEEE 1451.4). The electronic units of the model 813 and the TesTController 850-USB may recognize sensors equipped with TEDS chips, read their properties and calibration data and automatically calibrate with them. Thus, these electronic units operate with dozens of different sensors so that a complex recalibration is not required.

With the Therma friction thermocouple you can determine the surface temperature of the brakes while driving. Attaching the mounting adapter puts uniform pressure on the brake disc through the spring-loaded sensor by using a bayonet cap. That perfectly compensates movements caused by centrifugal force and vibrations as well as the volume decrease caused by disc wear while ensuring a valid measurement. The brake disc friction sensor measures the surface temperature of the brake disc. It imparts important insights about the temperature development. That enables an indication about the brake line, intake and temperature radiation. A brake disc that becomes too hot during a race massively loses its effectiveness and deceleration to the accustomed and optimal degree is no longer possible. If the temperature is too high, the brake pads start gassing on top of that.

Siempelkamp Bond Analyzer BLOW-SCAN is a detection systems which automatically detect blows and unbonded areas during the production of wood panels. It utilizes ultrasound and therefore is suitable for harsh production environment. Self-Calibration takes place in each panel gap. This compensates inuences raised from waste deposits and temperature variations. The models CONTI-SOUND and BLOW-SCAN are preferably installed in particleboard, MDF and OSB production lines.
