On demand we also provide specially-designed force transducers with other dimensions and measuring ranges. TesT delivers all electrical force and torque transducers with TEDS chips (TEDS = Transducer Electronic Data Sheet nach IEEE 1451.4). The electronic units of the model 813 and the TesTController 850-USB may recognize sensors equipped with TEDS chips, read their properties and calibration data and automatically calibrate with them. Thus, these electronic units operate with dozens of different sensors so that a complex recalibration is not required.

The small dimensions of the hydraulic force transducers of the model series TesT 1001 / 1011 / 1021 as well as the flat building method permit versatile applications. The small transducers were conceived for occasional control measurements, e.g. for adjusting or service work. The indicating instruments of model versions 1001 and 1011 have a diameter of 63 mm. The indicating instrument of model version 1021 can have a diameter of 63 mm or 100 mm. All model versions possess a drag indicator to display peak values.

The density of the material fed to the mat formers as well as the weight of the formed mat are important factors and must therefore be continuously monitored. CMC TEXPAN's load-cell scales can easily be tted into new or existing production lines to ensure consistent PB, MDF or OSB qualities. They can be installed inside metering bins to control the density of the material fed to the mat formers or downstream of mat formers to control the weight of the formed mat. The core of a mat scale is its weighing table, made of aluminium and split into two halves each connected to the relevant load cells by means of weighing levers. Mat scales operate in "load" mode that is to say the heavier the weight on the scale, the higher the load on the cells. The weight detected by the load cells will be displayed on a digital amplier, shielded against high and low frequency noise, which will give an mA-output signal for further processing in a PLC.
