By combining NC finger benders with our servo-electric transfer, the Speedmax with its 90 servo axes can reach a speed of up to 4,000 machining steps per minute. The swivel motors with attached hydraulically released spring-applied multi-disc brake are recommended if a swivel position must remain unchanged once it has been reached – even over an unlimited period of time – despite the effect of a load torque. The brake is used solely to hold the load. It should only be noted that large transmission delays in the lines can cause time differences between the switching off of the swivel motor and the application of the released brake caused by spring force. The SB3 pallet box is available with either closed or perforated walls and bottom and a choice between three runners or nine feet. The exceptionally stable runner or foot connection ensures extreme resistance and the runner version in particular offers secure lift-tilt emptying by a rotating forklift. Additional ribs on the outer walls of the large load carrier provide increased impact protection against forklift tines. The overall seamless construction and the smooth inner surfaces of the SB3 pallet box enable easy emptying and cleaning as well as good drying properties. Stacking shoulders in the upper and lower edge make the container compatible with a large number of other pallet boxes (Euro stacking system).
