At our Technical Centre, which has proven its worth over many years, even the smallest quantities bring you great benefits. With an area of over 1,000 square metres, we offer the perfect facilities to verify how the raw materials will actually behave in the intended processes and finishing steps. In addition, we run scalable test series to generate reliable data for calculating costs. The process in three steps: 1. Pilot trial: testing on the smallest scale 2. Scale up trial: testing on the high-performance universal mill, with close support from our experts 3. Large-scale production: testing on the large plant for production on an industrial scale

Sunlight can also be channeled and focused to heat water, which can drive steam turbines in large-scale power plants. This Concentrated Solar Power (CSP) was once dominated by glass mirrors due to their unmatched reflectivity. Recent advances in aluminum reflectivity and brightness, partially due to our processing innovations, however, have made the material an effective substitute. Compared to glass, aluminum solar panels offer significantly lighter weight and better ratio performance versus cost.

These cranes are mounted on to load-bearing concrete walls or hall pillars and therefore do not take up any floor space. The opportunity to also mount these cranes on to machines and plants creates a large operational diversity. extending radius 2m - 5m, movement radius of 180°

Eickhoff planetary gearboxes are ideal for driving large industrial plants. With our roller press gears of the new ED series we cover a wide torque range from 220kNm up to more than 7,000kNm. The special non-contact sealing system also makes our gearboxes very low maintenance. Convince yourself of the efficiency of our roller press gears, which are used for the crushing and grinding of raw materials. If necessary, we will adapt the gearbox to your requirements and develop the entire drive concept together with you. All our gearboxes can be equipped with an additional sensor system, which enables a permanent monitoring of the operating status.
