The spiral-wound gasket is the ideal gasket for applications with high pressure and temperature requirements. Due to the V-shape of the metallic winding strip, the spiral-wound gasket is the only gasket with appreciable recovery, even after long periods of operation.

When the consumer is opened, both controls open the valve and when the consumer is closed, the valve is closed. When all valves are closed, the controls switch off the pressure generation. The dual-user control is used to control one or two high-pressure consumers, such as high-pressure guns. The dual-user control is available with pneumatically or electrically controlled valves. The consumer and the high-pressure plunger pump have a corresponding control option. The dual consumer control and the consumer are connected by an electrical switch.

KAMAT foot valves and foot switches are products of the highest technical quality. They are designed for opening and closing the water supply to high pressure blasting equipment. This valve can be used to open and close the water supply to a high pressure blasting unit. The water is supplied by a high pressure hose connected to the foot valve. When the pedal of the valve is depressed, the valve opens. When the pedal is released, the valve closes and the water is discharged through the bypass without pressure. The foot valve and high pressure pump can also be connected via an electrical switch. If the pump has a suitable control, the pressure generation is switched on or off mechanically when the valve is actuated. Flashback Arrestors / Flame Arrestors WITT flashback arrestors / flame arrestors are used to protect single cylinders, outlet points or pipelines and can be used for almost all technical gases. Through the combination of established safety elements, flashback arrestors provide protection against flashbacks and backfire. Flashback arrestors also prevent the formation of dangerous gas mixtures within the pipeline. WITT flashback arrestors / flame arrestors meet all relevant standards (EN730-1/ISO5175), with the according tests from licensing offices such as the BAM (Federal Institute for Materials Research and Testing). A 100% product control assures highest quality. The flashback arrestors / flame arrestors are mountable in any orientation and are available with all connections and in brass or stainless steel. Safety Relief Valves / Blow-Off Valves WITT safety relief valves (blow-off valves) protect against overpressure by venting excess gases from pipelines, gas receivers and other equipment. The spring-loaded, direct-acting safety relief valves (blow-off valves) are suitable for individual opening pressures from 5 mbar to 45 bar (approx. 0.07 to 1 435 psi). The compact size allows easy installation in any orientation. A dust cap protects the safety relief valves (blow-off valves) against dirt. WITT safety relief valves (blow-off valves) are available in brass or stainless steel, as a ventable version, and with or without condensation outlet.
