Explosion-proof heaters - ATEX – Standard. Explosion-proof heaters are used in many industrial or commercial applications that are classified as hazardous areas. Our appliances are used to heat the ambient air of hazardous areas in zone 1 and 2, typically in chemical industries, paint and lacquer industries, sewage plants and mining. Heaters made of high-grade stainless steel are recommended for aggressive environments (e.g. sewage plants), while heaters with a painted or coated surface, also available with protection basket, are sufficient for standard applications. The highpressure pumps of the Z series deliver operating pressures up to 1,500 bar. With a high number of pressure and nominal flow rate combinations, the pumps are preferably used in industrial cleaning, paint stripping and also in descaling.For pumps with an operating pressure of more than 1,000 bar, hard metal plungers are used, which are particularly stable in order to guarantee a long service life and thus low maintenance costs.

Pactainer ED® offers a safe protection against electrostatic hazards. They can be used for bulk goods which contain or are located in areas where electrostatic hazards are at present. For example for the chemical industry. The conductive fabric of a Pactainer ED® conducts the charge of the bulk products to the hoist in connection with the grounded straps and prevents reliable every kind of discharge which displays a risk of fire. A micro-perforation of all coated components of the inside and outside of the container which are connected with each other, guarantees that they are able to discharge the electrostatic energy. This process has already been patented. Pactainer ED® offers further safety: If there is not direct grounding of the lifting loops, the carriers of the charge will be handed over locally and defined to the hoist. This is realized by a Carona-Effect. The Surrounding area is not subject to static charging. The piping system consists of high-quality NiroSan® SF press fittings with red moulded sealing rings made of FKM and NiroSan® stainless steel system pipes according to EN 10312. Specially made for all applications that require silicone free components. Silicone-free moulded sealing rings are ideally suited to applications such as varnishing and painting industries. All NiroSan® SF press fittings are made of the material 1.4404 / AISI 316L (for moulded fittings) and 1.4408 (for threaded fittings and stainless steel precision castings). The material contains a minimum of 2.3 % molybdenum and a lower carbon content than the conventional steel quality 316. Thereby these materials are not only of equal value but in addition, material 1.4404 / 316L stands out on account of its considerably higher corrosion resistance.  Certified in accordance with all relevant national and European certification bodies.
