Like the heaters themselves, they are manufactured in high-grade steel, so that we offer a logical solution regarding both quality of material and optical general impression. Screw-in heaters are versatile and intended for heating liquid media in industrial and commercial applications. When selecting, the specific surface load permitted for the respective medium must be observed and checked by the customer. EHK G1 1/2 are mainly used to heat water and aqueous solutions. 3 tubular heating elements ø 8,5mm made of stainless steel 1.4404 resp. Incoloy 825 brazed in G1 1/2″ thread made of brass (lead free) or stainless steel. Connection to 230/400 V3 (N), rotatable stainless steel terminal box. Use e.g. in washing machines, dishwashers, tempering equipment, laboratory equipment. The heaters are also suitable for water heating with photovoltaics, primarily the EHK G1128xxx series. The heater RiRo-fa is identical with type RiRo-f, but additionally heat transfer can be controlled steplessly by our built-in thermostat. According to your needs the heater will keep the room frostprotected or the temperature will be kept constant at your choice between + 5°C and + 30°C. Applicable for rooms with risk of fire. Max. 115°C on top of the fins.

EHK G2 are mainly used for heating hydraulic oil in containers in which the replacement of the heating cartridge without draining the medium must be possible. Ceramic heating cartridge in stainless steel tube ø 50mm, material-no. 1.4512 or material-no. 1.4404. G2″ thread SW70 welded from V2A. Terminal box made of PA6-GF30, impact-resistant and oil-resistant, degree of protection IP66/67. Unheated zone 50mm, surface load 1,5 W/cm², voltage 230/400 V. Special versions on request.

Heat recovery with the help of heat exchangers In industry, waste heat occurs at many points in the production process, which is often released into the environment without being used. The wide range of product portfolio of coils with different tube diameters, tube patterns, fin profiles, materials and options allows us to customize our coils for any specific application and fluids: air heaters, air coolers, condensers and evaporators for HVAC and various industrial applications. Kelvion heat exchanger coils are manufactured with copper tubes and aluminum or copper fins. The fins are equipped with special profiles developed at our R&D department enhancing heat transfer and keeping pressure drop at a moderate level. The customized fin spacing is achieved by collars which also provide the contact between the fin block and the tubes. The heated drying medium absorbs the moisture from your workpieces. In addition to drying your workpieces, the relative movement between them and the medium also has a polishing effect. PROTECTING YOUR SENSITIVE PARTS The bowl channel pitch is helically shaped and has no ramp, making the G dryer especially gentle when handling your workpieces. The high heating power is fully adjustable. The heater with replaceable heating elements is assembled separately from the vibrating section. To ensure your working environment is protected from dust, the dryer can also be fitted with a dust extractor.

CONTACTLESS DRYING BY MEANS OF HOT AIRThe BF-HL belt dryer allows you to dry your workpieces using hot air. This procedure is particularly beneficial when your workpieces have the following characteristics: Sensitive parts that must not come into contact with each other Parts with tight boreholes Long and bulky parts EFFICIENT DRYING IN THE TUNNEL Your workpieces are transported through a heated drying tunnel on a fine wire mesh belt, which is also available in premium V4A stainless steel. The temperature and speed of the conveyor belt are both fully adjustable. Special equipment includes a high-pressure air knife, which blows the residual water out of the workpieces prior to drying, as well as an extension of the conveyor belt to make placing and removing the workpieces easier.
