We are experienced in test system development for leakage testing, life time testing and end-of-line test stands in the field of gas & hydrogen technology. We also have a network of suppliers and partners who provide key components for leakage measurement, piping, sealing and instrumentation. As a general contractor and integrator, Merecs Engineering can individually design, assemble and commission the test system at our customers' sites.

The BCP-H2 model is manufactured by Bluesens, and is a hydrogen analyzer that is easy to integrate directly into the gas lines. It has a cost effective and robust design, which has an in-situ gas analysis. The unit has a direct integration in gas pipes, and has installation of additional gas pipes is not necessary. It has a fast installation due to its standard connection with low maintenance costs. It can be utilized in wide variety of applications including chemical industry, biogas production and agriculture.

The portable Extrima Leak Detector is the ultimate intrinsically safe instrument for leak detection in the toughest environments, including hazardous locations such as Zone 0 (corresponding to Division 1). The Extrima allows you to quickly find leaks on a wide range of industrial applications such as aircraft and hydrogen cooled generators. KB Schmiedetechnik GmbH in Western Germany has decade long experiences in the production of forgings for the energy market.
