PFLITSCH offers various hoses to provide comprehensive protection against mechanical and thermal damage to cables, for example where cables are installed in a corrosive environment or where cables run across the floor between a machine and a mobile operating enclosure. The UNI Dicht® system has suitable solutions in metal and plastic for safe connection of hoses to cable glands in these situations. Clampless variants are most suitable e.g. for the food industry, where no contamination or dirt is allowed to build up. These variants have all the advantages of the UNI Dicht® system, including a excellent seal up to IP 68, superior strain relief values, EMC and Ex-compatibility as well as great versatility of application. High-Temperature insulating hose (HT hose) protects heat-conveying lines and prevents thermal damage to adjoining parts with a fiberglass and double-coated silicon rubber top layer. The HT hose is available as a self-contained or re-closable sleeve as well as a custom-made mat. The approximate surface temperature of the duct can be up to 500°C.

The secutex chain sleeve protects the chain (sandblasting) and the slinger. The protective hose is not well suited for the intensive use and transport of sharpedged parts due to the high surface pressure and the lack of reinforcement. Please note The chain hoses are designed for chains of quality class 8 that conform to standards.

The mobile interlocking protection turns a regular ECOVOS hose insert into an interlock connector in no time at all, thereby avoiding double warehouse-keeping. Up to now, special accessories have been required for interlocking hose connections. In order to ensure rapid delivery, all nominal widths had to be kept available in duplicate, one as a standard version and a second as an interlock version. With the mobile interlocking protection from VOSWINKEL, only standard ECOVOS hose inserts are now required. The number of components now to be kept on hand is thereby reduced by more than 50 %. In many areas, stud welding is considered to be the most economic fastening method for components and is sometimes even the only technically feasible solution. Because the stud is joined with the substructure over the entire surface of the stud without any hollow areas, a high strength can be achieved. STAUFF is now using this proven principle for the installation of pipe, tube, hose and cable clamps in the Standard and Twin Series (according to DIN 3015, parts 1 and 3) with M6 mounting thread, where female threaded weld studs replace the regular weld plates; distance plates made from plastic provide the necessary spacing between the clamp bodies and the substructure.
