Drop forging of steel produces components that endure extreme loads and stresses, ensuring exceptional structural integrity and consistent performance across various environments. This method offers superior reliability and cost-effectiveness across a wide range of sizes. The "grain-flow forging" process is unmatched in metalworking, eliminating internal gas pockets or voids that could lead to failures under stress or impact. As customers increasingly value impact and fatigue resistance for overall reliability, drop forging excels by enhancing impact strength through optimal materials and heat treatments. This improves the strength-to-weight ratio, allowing for reduced section thickness without compromising safety or performance, leading to significant cost savings over the product's lifecycle. When used with a commercially available vice, STAUFF manual tube benders, type TUB-MA, enable common hydraulic tubes to be bent manually. They are suitable for steel and stainless steel tubes with diameters of 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 15, 16, 18 and 22 mm with a defined minimum wall thickness. In addition to the metric version, a model for handling imperial tubes with diameters of between 1/4 and 7/8 inches is also available. The eight bending rollers – six in the imperial version – ensure maximum wear. A scale lasered onto the bending rollers enhances the accuracy of the required bending angle with superior precision. The manual tube bender is supplied with all the necessary components and multilingual instructions for use as a complete kit in a high-quality steel case. Features and advantages Technical Data

The innovative SANHA installation system NiroTherm® combines high-quality NiroTherm® press fittings with a black sealing ring made from EPDM (=ethylene propylene diem rubber) and NiroTherm® stainless steel system tubes. The system is produced from the material 1.4301 (AISI 304). Due to the well-known corrosion resistance of stainless steel, NiroTherm® offers installers therefore a real alternative compared to conventional steels when it comes to closed systems in humid atmospheres such as screed. Since it needs considerably less isolation against humidity*, the installation is faster and labour costs accordingly lower. In addition to the system description, NiroTherm® system press fittings are marked on the outside with a red dot. * This does not affect thermal insulation necessitated by national energy efficiency laws. NiroTherm® system pipe, material no. 1.4301, reduced wall thickness, in 6 m lengths, for cooling, compressed air, heating and industrial applications

Our KIS hybrid bearings combine the best of two worlds - the robustness of classic rolling bearings (or stainless steel bearings) and the efficiency of state-of-the-art materials. With an optimised combination of high-quality steel rings and precise ceramic balls, our hybrid bearings offer outstanding strength and durability. Rolling elements made of ceramic offer a current-insulating property. These hybrid bearings have the same dimensions as comparable all-steel bearings and can significantly improve the reliability and robustness of machinery and equipment. In particular, they show their advantages in applications where the bearings are confronted with contamination from abrasive particles, insufficient lubrication, vibrations or current passage. At KIS, we optimise our materials for hybrid bearings to ensure flawless performance in applications under critical conditions at all times.
