IDS 45 OIL HEATER FANThe robust IDS 45 oil fan heater for fast, uncomplicated heating - mobile heating power on wheels The professional heater fan IDS 45 is suited for an uncomplicated and quick heating of storage spaces, workshops, building sites, green houses or stables. Thanks to the integrated oil burner with Danfoss® pump it operates economically and effectively in every heating application. Owing to its robust design and convenient carriage, the device can quickly be transported from A to B by one person only and thus enables a quick change of location. Safety is the top priority of the oil heater manufactured in Europe. The housing is double-walled and with its protective coating provides an optimum soundproofing while simultaneously minimizing the surface temperature of the outer casing and thus the risk of injuries for the user.

The Freek heat transfer nozzle heater type especially addresses manufacturers and users who operated their hotrunner nozzles with cast-in heaters in the past and would like to stick to their engineering know-how without paying the high price of this former heater design. The standard material of our patent pending Freek heat transfer alternative is brass, with or without coating, basically with a slit. Characteristics of our HotMicroCoil nozzle heaters sheathed by a reflection tube are easy mounting and variable heat distribution. Because of its direct touch and toleranced fit, the heater allows a very good heat transmission to the nozzle. In all our HotMicroCoils with reflection tube the assembly of a thermocouple is possible and recommended for bigger diameters and power. Also most common nozzle heater solutions are HotMicrocoil heating elements with clamp bands with diverse locking mechanisms.

Fitted with 2 Square Cartridge Heaters 1500 W/ 230 V, 4,5 x 4,5 mm x 600 mm, with 50 mm unheated at the termination end. Annealed and formable with a nickel sheath, resistant up to 850°C surface temperature. Connection by fibreglass insulated pure nickel high-temperature leads (max. 500°C)

QuickFit Protection Basket Our protection baskets are valuable accessories: they protect against collisions, give additional protection against dust and are an optical enhancement. Like the heaters themselves, they are manufactured in high-grade steel, so that we offer a logical solution regarding both quality of material and optical general impression. QuickFit: You fix our baskets without any further tools or drillholes! Just put the basket over the already mounted RiRo and wedge it, ready!

CSN® circulation heaters are manufactured in close coordination with our customers from a few watts to the megawatt range, a division in individual circuits is made according to customer’s requirements. CSN®cartridge type heating elements and bath heaters are eminently suitable for direct heating and warming of liquids of all kinds. Corresponding to the nature of the different media protective coverings of steel, various special steel types or porcelain can be selected. The electric heating inserts of CSN®cartridge type heating elements may be installed or dismounted without the necessity of draining the liquids from the container. The CSN®cartridge type heating elements and bath heaters are manufactured for nominal voltages from 110 up to 690 volts D.C. and A.C. In the case of higher heating capacities 3 or more elements each, being individually divisible by the factor 3 can be star or delta connected to 230 and 400 volts A.C. threephase mains. At 12 kW and a related length the elements are fabricated for 400 volts A.C. threephase delta connections. In any case the desired voltage and type of current has to be stated.
