In some countries, cement is widely delivered by railway. The cement carried in wagons can be transferred to the cement silos with special pneumatic cement feeding system developed by ELKON. ELKON Cement Delivery System from Railway consists of wagon feeding hopper, intermediary feeding screw, material holding tank, pressure tank, compressor and control panel. The system which has a cement feeding capacity of 50 tons / hour can also be used to feed a large number of cement silos.

A perfect combination of space savings and dynamics: the GSW Compact Feed Lines Our Compact Feed Lines are an ideal answer to the challenge of a constraint floor and necessity to process thick materials. Marrying the processes of leveling and indexing into one Feeder-Straightener machine allows for a complete Feed Line with only two individual machines and thus greatly reduces the necessary length. Additionally, the decoupling of the coil mass from the indexing process – achieved through a short loop between Coil Reel and Feeder-Straightener – enables dynamic feeding despite the compact footprint. And, if cross-sections are especially big, the loop can be spared completely, creating yet more space. One more advantage, virtually a by-product out of their very nature, is the quicker set-up of our Compact Feed Lines. This elevates them to not only space- but also time-savers!

If you need two Coil Reels to hold one coil, you need a Heavy-Duty Coil Feed Line above all. One that is designed extremely robust and knows to subdue even materials of highest bounce and largest cross-sections.To ensure this, we have taken no heed to cost savings but went by the maximum principle: 2 Coil Reels with high-performance arbors retain the coils from left and right. 2 x 2 hydraulic arms secure them from top and bottom – each with eight tons pressure force, each with hydraulically driven snubber roll. The loading is done with one central lifting gear built into a super-duty running frame for the V-nest. Hydraulic manipulators with pivoting and bending function support the threading of the material. On the receiving end, a Pre-Straightener with 200mm work rolls takes over, after hydraulic edge guides have ensured central entry. With Conventional Feed Lines, the focus lies on speed and material surface. That’s why Conventional Feed Lines are equipped with a Coil Reel for pull-off, a Straightener with variable frequency drive a coil loop and a Servo Roll Feed: the loop uncouples the more inert straightening process from the highly dynamic indexing process and thus allows for high line speeds and preservation of the material surface. Since productivity and capacity demands can vary significantly, we have created different control concepts: while small Feed Lines work with a simple pneumatic drag brake at the Coil Reel and an ultrasonic sensor to control the Straightener speed, the large Feed Lines get fully synchronized controls with motor-limited Coil Reels and a smart loop, creating a steady average speed of the whole line. This allows smooth pull-off of high coil weights while the loop remains very calm – in addition, the Servo Roll Feed can work with full dynamics, even at long indexing progressions.

Adjustable Compression Force max. 3,500 N Stroke 15 mm Precise adjustment for any type of application: The VC model of hydraulic feed controls is ideally suited for the precise tuning of constant feed rates. The thread of the outer body of this closed hydraulic element allows simple assembly. Designs with a smooth body can also be supplied. As the hydraulic oil is forced out through the throttle opening, a constant feed rate is achieved on the stroke, which also avoids the stick-slip effect. In the models up to 55 mm stroke, the tried and tested rolling diaphragm, known from ACE shock absorbers, serves as a dynamic seal, as volume compensation of the piston rod and as a reset element.

The cement stored in the cement silos can be quickly discharged to the cement trailers (bulk carrier) by means of ELKON telescopic cement loading bellow. This system has a special structure with support legs allowing the bulk carrier parking under the discharge point and is equipped with a suitable bellow for feeding the material. ELKON telescopic cement loading bellow is equipped with level indicator to stop loading and lift up the bellow when it is in contact with the cement (material filling process is finalized). The bellow is also equipped with fan filter system to prevent powder during the material filling process. The system includes a control panel as well.

Cement material supplied with big bags or bags can be transferred into cement silos by means of ELKON Big Bag/Bag Pneumatic Cement Feeding System. ELKON Big Bag/Bag Pneumatic Cement Feeding System consists of cement feeding hopper, intermediary feeding screw, pressure tank, compressor, loading crane and control panel. This feeding system, which has a capacity of 15 tons/hour, is equipped with 2 tons crane to lift the big bags and dispatch into the feeding hopper. The complete set of ELKON Big Bag/Bag Pneumatic Cement Feeding System fits into 1 unit 40’OT container and thus it can be easily transported to overseas countries.

ELKON Bag Cement Feeding System consists of cement feeding bunker, intermediary cement feeding screw and control panel. The operator puts the cement bag into the cement feeding hopper and tears it by means of the cutters on the hopper. Then the cement is transferred to the cement silo by cement screw. This system can be used to feed 1 unit of cement silos as well as 2 units of silo by using distribution valve.

This automatic washing & drying system provides high efficient cleaning of elastomers in through-feed method (on option washing with de-ionized, de-mineralized or ultra-pure water possible). Starting from the loading station, the washing drums are conveyed automatically to each washing station (→ station pre-washing → station rinsing → station high pressure cleaning → station high pressure drying) and are finally conveyed to the unloading station after treatment. The dimensions of this system depend on the drum dimensions desired (perforation from 3 - 15 mm possible by choice). Set as our default, the models WD3, WD5 and WD9 are available with different sizes. For industry 4.0 demands, this system is best prepared. Standardwise, a monitoring of the processing data via network is possible also from an external working place. On option, the control of the machine via OPC-UA server can be installed additionally. Siliconisation or other coating of elastomers is possible on option.

The transparent food dispensers help to reduce the amount of outer packaging. Sell loose goods such as rice, noodles, pulses, cereals or baking ingredients for independent dispensing in the individually required quantity. The food dispensers are available in different sizes. They are filled from above via a large lid opening. Due to gravity, the bulk material always falls down where it can be filled into a container by operating a lever. The suspension device on the rear side is designed in such a way that even containers with different capacities end uniformly at the removal height.
