J57S UP is a rolled alloy designed to be a perfect base material for batch anodized aluminum. Created specifically by Novelis to meet the requirements of modern architecture, including aluminum facades and aluminum roofing, its value and utility have been proven over decades of use. Its excellent deformation capacity provides the best preconditions for fabrication, allowing for bending, cutting, punching, drilling and more.

Already anodized and ready for processing, Novelis SSL BF increases the range of coil-anodized Novelis products. Compared to conventional Novelis SSL, this new product is the result of production developments using special rolling processes, offering a distinctive surface structure both in appearance and touch. During the rolling process, an exclusive brushed stainless steel effect emerges from the special surface finish. Now designers and manufacturers have the benefit of lightweight aluminum facades, while they can offer the highly desirable aesthetics of stainless steel to end users. In addition, SSL BF can be supplied without anodizing and is then suitable for batch anodizing.

This is popular for exterior cladding and window-frame applications. In addition, excellent formability and color-fast coatings make it easy to work with and give it a long life with an appearance that does not fade over time.

This treatment gives PROF2000 the same surface structure as post-painted extruded materials, so the two materials match seamlessly. It is commonly used for facade cladding, interior cladding for tunnels, as well as other industrial applications.

Novelis ff3 is pre-painted aluminum with a 3 mm thickness. This façade-cladding material gives architects and builders a wide range of sophisticated design possibilities. Thanks to the high mechanical strength of ff3, considerably wider spans compared with other alloys of the same material thickness are possible. Novelis ff2 pre-painted aluminum with a 2 mm thickness is developed specially for building facade cladding in ventilated and non-ventilated construction. More ductile than most lock-welt materials, shaping of this aluminum standing-seam roofing can be done easily to match any architectural application. A wide range of colors and finishes are also available, so designers can be as creative as they wish, knowing what’s on paper can become reality.

Based on proven coil anodizing technology from our B57S® product, B73A can be used for shelving, furniture, medical and domestic appliances and many other applications. The surface of Novelis B73A is industrially pre-treated and coil anodised in a continuous process. This ensures a consistent high quality and is therefore the most cost-effective solution for the customer. B73A offers customised solutions with different functional and decorative requirements for the electronic, domestic appliances and chemical industries*. Our delivery program offers a wide product range, including a variety of colours and standard coating thicknesses. Standards are available in 1 ton lots on a short delivery time. *Please note: Due to the hardness of the anodic film, crazing can occur during extreme bending or forming. It is designed for many different applications including electronic covers, in the transport and automotive industries, road and advertising signs and equipment housings. B57S can easily be cut, drilled, punched, edge-flanged and formed. Welding and brazing should be avoided in visible areas, because the localized heating of the metal will change its structure and affect the anodized finish.

J73A UP is the next generation of anodized aluminum coil stock for architectural facades and roofing. Well suited for the challenges of modern architecture, this Novelis product arrives already anodized so that it can be used immediately. Take advantage of characteristic brilliance, a long service life due to a high degree of surface hardness, as well as outstanding UV, weather and corrosion resistance.

Novelis G77Ac anodized aluminum sheet produces a material with a natural gray matte tone. The surface is designed for use in both internal and external aluminum architecture, making it desirable for facades, roofing and interior cladding. Similar to our other anodized aluminum sheet products, Novelis G77Ac can be processed further, such as roll forming, stamping, edging and bending.
