These maintenance-free, ready-to-install damping elements made of co-polyester elastomer have been specially developed for use in crane systems and fulfil the international industry standards OSHA and CMAA. In the special TC-S design, managed to achieve the spring rate required for crane systems with the unique dual concept. Westfälische Drahtindustrie produces cold rolled flat and shaped wires at its Brotterode site. Over the last few decades, the Brotterode plant, with its central location in the heart of Europe, has evolved into an important supplier to the international cold rolling industry. With around 40 employees, we manufacture flat and profile wires in coils or bars for our industrial customers at our site in Brotterode (Thuringia) - on an area of 40,000 m². Our products can be found in the offshore, construction, electrical and automotive industries, among others. The Brotterode plant maintains quality assurance in accordance with ISO 9001 and certified energy management in accordance with ISO 50001. The absence of an environmentally harmful pickling plant also makes us an environmentally friendly high quality flat wire plant

The additional integrated gross and net heat measurement makes the OPTISWIRL 4200 to be a reliable partner for advanced energy management systems. The OPTISWIRL 4200 was designed for the safety-related applications from the very beginning. It was developed according to the standard IEC 61508 edition 2. The certification is effected within the scope of a Full Assessment by TÜV Süd. Thereby the OPTISWIRL 4200 can be used for continuous volume flow measurement in safety-related applications with classification SIL2.
