Schultze RiRo heaters are your solution for industrial and commercial heating appliances: dust- and watertight, corrosion-resistant, flexible and uncomplicated to install. Suitable for damp locations and rough industry environment, for reliable and efficient heating – often unnoticed, but indispensable. Universal features: for power types 1000 W to 3000 W the connection can be fitted with either 230 V or 400 V 3(N) ~. On request: for special applications all types are available in special voltages or different high-grade steel qualities, e.g. for food- or off-shore-industry.

Explosion-proof heaters - ATEX – Standard. Explosion-proof heaters are used in many industrial or commercial applications that are classified as hazardous areas. Our appliances are used to heat the ambient air of hazardous areas in zone 1 and 2, typically in chemical industries, paint and lacquer industries, sewage plants and mining. Heaters made of high-grade stainless steel are recommended for aggressive environments (e.g. sewage plants), while heaters with a painted or coated surface, also available with protection basket, are sufficient for standard applications. Screw-in heaters are versatile and intended for heating liquid media in industrial and commercial applications. When selecting, the specific surface load permitted for the respective medium must be observed and checked by the customer. EHK G2 are mainly used for heating hydraulic oil in containers in which the replacement of the heating cartridge without draining the medium must be possible. Ceramic heating cartridge in stainless steel tube ø 50mm, material-no. 1.4512 or material-no. 1.4404. G2″ thread SW70 welded from V2A. Terminal box made of PA6-GF30, impact-resistant and oil-resistant, degree of protection IP66/67. Unheated zone 50mm, surface load 1,5 W/cm², voltage 230/400 V. Special versions on request.
