Our range of elbows covers a broad spectrum of measurements, standards and materials for all forms of use in pipeline construction – up to and including those applications with the highest safety requirements. Unusual angles? Non-standardised radii? Limited tolerances? No problem for us – we develop the solutions together with you and customise them to your needs.

For 90° cable entries and safe outlets from switchgear cabinets PFLITSCH UNI elbow solutions enable cables to be taken safely around corners up to 90°. These cable glands have an angled cable gland body made from die-cast zinc or PA plastic. Elbow cable glands achieve the same technical values as the UNI Dicht® standard models. The variants with a rotating coupling can direct the component leg in any direction 360° around the attached leg in order to achieve the best cable entry. PFLITSCH makes these as standard products in sizes M16 to M40 and Pg 9 to Pg 36. To feed cables at an angle into/out of switchgear cabinets or machine housings, PFLITSCH produces various short and long flanged elbows in die-cast zinc and PA plastic. They are screwed tightly on to the housing and can accept – depending on the version – cable glands in sizes M16 to M63 and Pg 9 to Pg 48. An inserted o-ring securely seals the flange to the housing.

Stainless steel float valves, stainless steel autotankers or optionally with plastic housing are a reliable level and inflow regulation in any container or as an automatic drinker. The float valve is covered by the housing and thus protected.

Larger branches are manufactured precisely for the respective arch diameter. Standards and special requests We deliver elbow outlets in two pressure levels (3000 lbs and 6000 lbs) and in all common materials. If required, we can also supply special materials. Due to the well-known corrosion resistance of stainless steel, NiroTherm® offers installers therefore a real alternative compared to conventional steels when it comes to closed systems in humid atmospheres such as screed. Since it needs considerably less isolation against humidity*, the installation is faster and labour costs accordingly lower. In addition to the system description, NiroTherm® system press fittings are marked on the outside with a red dot. * This does not affect thermal insulation necessitated by national energy efficiency laws. The material contains at a minimum of 2.3 % molybdenum and a lower carbon content than the conventional steel quality 316. Thereby these materials are not only of equal value but in addition, material 1.4404 / 316L stands out on account of its considerably higher corrosion resistance. The NiroSan® Gas press system is certified in accordance with and all important European certification bodies.
