The right system for every need There is a great variety of handling systems available, dependent on the length of the workpiece. For short tubes there are systems gripping from below with insertion axis and for long tubes there are systems handling from above. Both options can be used in our combination systems. They guarantee ideal access for the operator, so they can complete the setup and any maintenance operations in the best possible way. Transfer stations, turning modules for processing the tube in both directions within an installation and multiple grippers are available for optimized processes. Handling robots from many different manufacturers can also be integrated. The robots are used to move tubes/workpieces. A preassembly of different workpieces is also feasible in this case. The various components can be sorted using sensors and robots.

Goods Only Lift with no pit requirement- SHERPA Efficient vertical transport of your goods The SHERPA goods only lift is our real all-rounder. It is an efficient and simple to plan solution for vertical transportation of goods in an industrial environment. In its standard configuration, the SHERPA has a load capacity of up to 3,000 kilograms and a lifting height of up to 18 meters (with two to six stopping points). The lift is delivered as a free-standing structure with sheet metal cladding. The required pit depth is very small and can be altogether avoided by choosing the ramp option. No building modifications are required. The lift can be easily integrated into existing building and rack systems. Thus, the installation is fast and easy. This goods only lift is a tailor-made lift. We work closely with our customers, extend our flexibility to design and offer fully customized cabin sizes.

The noise levels in pipe and rod raising systems can be very high. A chute lined with secutex pipe modules ensures that noise levels are reduced and that surfaces are protected. Our Locking System provides a quick, easy and reliable clamping of the heating element on the nozzle to be heated. It facilitates an effective heat transfer, as the inside sheath is pressed to the nozzle with a high level of precision creating an interference fit.
