Copper pipes are used as heating and cooling coils (very soft and, therefore, easy to bend).

Our patented material is highly suitable to produce foam moulds and RTM pressure injection moulds. Advantages: • Large volumes of more than 2500 kg can be cast in less than 45 min. • Good castability • Hardly measurable linear shrinkage • High temperature resistance • Demoulding process after approx. 90 min. (after adding the last backfilling compound) • Chemical adhesion to polyester or vinylester gelcoat • Immediately after the first mould half has cooled down, the second mould half can be prepared • Copper pipes keep the mould surface on a nearly constant temperature • Post-curing is not necessary ALWA MOULD D backfilling compounds are the fastest system on the market. For the surface you can chose between two gelcoats: 1) ALWA MOULD COAT This is a vinylester gelcoat that is especially suitable for high-end surfaces. It can be polished to high-gloss. 2) ALWA EPF 10 This is an epoxy gelcoat that is easy-to-use and is recommended for parts, where high-gloss surfaces are not needed

System press fittings from copper for copper pipes according to EN 1057 for drinking water and heating installations. SANHA®-Press copper system fittings are well-known for outstanding quality, easy to work with and offer the right solution for a wide range of applications.

System press fittings from copper and copper alloys for copper pipes according to EN 1057 for flammable gases and interior gas piping with yellow sealing rings made from HNBR (hydrated nitrile butadiene rubber). SANHA®-Press Gas system fittings are tested according to BS EN 8537 and certified or approved by all relevant national and international certification bodies. Our system fittings are labelled with a yellow „PN 5 - GT/PN 1“ on the outside.

System press fittings from copper and copper alloys for copper pipes according to EN 1057 for solar and high-temperature applications for compressed air. SANHA®-Press Solar system fittings  have red moulded sealing rings made from FKM.

3fit System press fittings made of lead-free silicon bronze CuSi for use in a system with MultiFit®-Flex and MultiFit®-PEX multi-layer plastic pipes by SANHA according to DVGW W 542 (for drinking water and heating installations) as well as copper pipes. More information on the adequate pipes under "Safe connection" below. The 3fit®-Press system is approved according to DVGW W 534.

The SANHA series 4000 and 5000 "SA" consist of tried and trusted solder and transition fittings for copper pipes according to EN 1057 and EN 13348 for hard and soft soldering.  All products are certified according to many national and international certification bodies. SANHA capillary solder fittings are manufactured from copper (Cu-DHP, CW024A  for moulded parts) and copper alloys CC499K (threaded parts, cast parts) and fulfill all requirements of BS EN 1254.

For heavy-duty engine cooling, we offer copper-brass radiator tubes that can withstand the heat and pressure demanded by the oil and gas, power generation, and industrial markets. We also offer dimpled tube designs for specialized high-performance applications. • Profiles from 9 mm to 22 mm in tube height • Metal strip gauges as thin as 0.127 mm • Available dimpled or smooth, uncoated or coated, with both leaded and lead-free solder • Multiple pre-tooled profiles in long lengths available for short lead times • A wide array of brass alloys available, including the industry standard 85/15, 70/30, 65/35, and cupro-braze, with corrosion-resistant inhibitors

In applications with corrosive environments or when enhanced heat conductivity is required, our copper-brass round tubes are available in a variety of sizes and gauges, including an inventory of common profiles in long lengths for immediate delivery.
