The installation of our equipment can take place both in nonhazardous and hazardous areas of zones 1 and 2.

Construction machinery is exposed to extreme conditions and components have to be designed to long-term reliability. The systems have to feature a rugged design, high vibration resistance as well as dirt and water tightness. Also, the systems have to withstand low as well as high ambient temperatures.

The round tubes are manufactured from a coil that is bent and electric resistance welded (ERW). The forming process can be according to EN 10210, which foresees hot forming or cold forming followed by heat treatment, or according to EN 10219, which foresees cold forming without following heat treatments. The finished product is fully killed and welding seam bead is inside and outside trimmed. ISOBUS is specified in standard ISO 11783-2 and describes the BUS including the connectors used with it. To extend the CONEC product range in the field of connection solutions for agricultural and construction machinery, the connectors for ISOBUS are included in the ready-made and overmoulded design. The overmoulded ISOBUS-series is available as male and female version. The contact carrier has the 9-pin contact image required by the standard.
