The latest development in lifting platform technology is based on mechanical drive technology using belts. Hydraulic oil is not required. Due to a patented catch system, BELT-LINE meets the safety requirements laid down in DIN EN 1570. The combination of exemplary positioning accuracy, smooth running and long service life is the reason the BELT-LINE is an economical precision solution, and not only for sensitive areas. Exemplary smooth running BELT-LINE convinces with a low noise and harmonious movement sequence, paired with maximum lifting speed and positioning precision. Minimum maintenance time and costs without hydraulic oil In particular in sensitive areas, the robust BELT-LINE technology with its long operating life is the best possible solution. The low-wear components can be quickly replaced due to the modular design. Excellent load change behaviour In the design phase, particular emphasis was placed on developing an excellent load change behaviour. The resilient suspension behaviour is only surpassed by LAWECO push-chain lift platforms.

The system comes with four 42 megapixel cameras and a high-performance control unit. LED lighting including LED control is also included in the delivery. The entire picture of the image analysis is orthogonally calibrated. Characteristics: This system can meet the toughest requirements for the inspection of bipolar plates in various production stages. The system has been adapted to the high requirements of the inspection of bipolar plates. The image acquisition time of approx. 2,5 seconds with a resolution of 24 um is outstanding. Inspection with the high-resolution system cameras is carried out using the tried and tested modusAOI software. Connector systems able to meet special demands are needed for industrial use in harsh environments. The water resistant connector system developed by CONEC is intended for applications where dust and water are factors. Corresponding accessories, such as water resistant hoods and protective caps are available. CONEC Solid Body and CONEC SlimCon D-SUB connector series were a consequent development to establish a D-SUB connector familiy which is especially designed for application in harsh industrial environment. Siempelkamp has developed the energy-ecient drive system EcoDrive for the ContiRoll® main drives. This system meets tomorrow’s legal and standard demands on the energy eciency of drive systems already today. It comprises frequency converters, motor and gearbox - all well-tuned to one another. In addition to the energy eciency our R&D-work focussed on an improved precision and controllability of the entire drive system. The focus is on high belt speeds, precise r.p.m. for a synchronous operation of the steel belts, torques adjusted to the characteristic load line in connection with the hydraulic pressure/position control, good performance, good uptimes and ease of maintenance. This corresponds to the demand on a very high product quality and an on-demand energy consumption even in partial load operation. This new drive system is able to save more than 10 % of the electrical drive energy compared to traditional Solutions.
