Powder technology has a long history in various sectors such as the chemical, food, pharmaceutical and metal industries. Measuring the physical properties of powder is very difficult and each industry uses different assessment methods. The PD-600 powder measuring system is the further development of the PD-51. It can determine the physical properties of powder via resistivity. Powder materials of carbon products: Materials used for rechargeable battery electrodes, condensers and resistance material and insulating electronics / cokes / graphite / carbon black / carbon fiber / nano carbon, etc. Metal powder: Materials used for battery electrodes, thin film materials such as copper powder or ITO powder, for circuit board materials, for example conductive paste and electro conductive paint. Others: Thermoplastic powder, Printer toner, Magnetic material such as ferrite, food material, pharmaceutical related and automobile parts.

Because we use our own extrusion lines we are in a position to produce polystyrene sheets in a maximum width of 1200 mm and theoretically in an infinite length in high-gloss decorative finishes, timber designs or metal decors. The thickness of the sheets can be selected within the range 0.8 mm - 4.0 mm in 0.1 mm increments. All the decorative sheets are film-protected and can be corona-treated on the reverse. The corona coating serves as a bonding agent to facilitate pressure-bonding of the decorative sheets.

The analyzer for carbon dioxide and oxygen has been specially designed for monitoring cell growth processes in biotechnology. The device can be installed directly in the exhaust flow of the bioprocess and measures the concentration of CO2 and O2 there in real-time. The BlueInOne Cell automatically compensates any fluctuations of pressure and humidity in the system. The readings are therefore extremely accurate even under fluctuating measuring conditions. The BlueInOne Cell gas analyzer is fitted with an IR CO2 sensor, as well as a electrochemical oxygen sensor with galvanic cell. The O2 detector offers a measuring range of 0-100 % Vol. for oxygen, long-term stability and has a very high resolution of 50 ppm.
