Floor box 8808A with a square housing made of stainless steel and anodised natural aluminum lid. Inside there are two aluminum device carriers for 4 units each, alternatively other combinations are also possible. It can be installed at any point in the floor, as pipes are used to feed the cables. Lid also closes when the plugs are inserted. Due to the low installation height, this version is particularly suitable for floors in old buildings. Further equipment variants on request.

The Polyplast Compound Plant located in the historical site of Eilenburg works on the development and production of PVC Comounds. Many formulations have been developed for our customers’ specific applications. Here, it is essential to understand the particularities of the manufacturing process and to modify the existing formulations according to customer needs. Our highly experienced employees provide the basis for this demanding task. Decelith® compounds are available for many different cable standards. Crystal clear compounds and PVC compounds with enhanced flame retardancy are manufactured by PCW. Another specialty is the development of products for the connector injection molding sector. Speed sensors from Lenord+Bauer are particularly suited for continuous operation in durable capital goods thanks to the magnetic sensing principle. They detect rotational and linear motion. The sensors are protected against extreme weather conditions, humidity, shock, and vibration due to an encapsulation process and specially developed production methods. Thus they are in compliance with DIN EN 50155 and meet the requirements of protection class up to IP 68. Customised versions by adapting the housing, or different cable and plug fabrication, Lenord+Bauer can implement almost any installation position. Depending on requirement, the sensors generate single or multichannel squarewave signals alternatively as voltage or current signal ranging from 0 to 25 kHz. A standstill signal can also be implemented. On request ATEXprotected product variants, special output signals for functional testing, and sensors with integrated pulse division or pulse multiplication are available.
