ORBIS Europe offers large collapsible bulk containers for rugged industrial and automotive applications. With an extended length, collapsible design, the XXLPak is designed to handle, heavy, long and hard-to-fit parts. It optimises space utilisation at the same time. Our extra-long bulk containers are available with wide access doors and manufactured from high-density polyethylene using a structural foam-molding process for increased durability. Multiple footprints, heights, door configurations and labelling options are available in order to adapt our large bulk containers to customer’s supply chain needs. ORBIS reusable bulk containers are designed to protect and transport heavy parts in automotive and industrial applications. Engineered for rugged applications, the plastic bulk containers are extremely robust and offer comprehensive product protection over a long service life. The 1200 x 1000 plastic bulk containers are available in multiple heights for increased packing density. The collapsible design with a return ratio of up to 1 : 3 reduces the shipping of air during return transport to a minimum. Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container (FIBC) of the product range Quintainer® offer and efficient way of utilization of room space and an excellent stability during transportation and storage of bulk goods. Forming diagonally and crossed placed cut-off walls increase the stability of Quintainer® considerably. The higher form stability in comparison to the conventional container for bulk goods ensures a better utilization of room space while transport and storage. Quintainer®-FIBC are available for various types of pallets. Fields of application: Packaging of fine-grained and flowable powder of the chemical industry and granules of the synthetic and food industry. Lining made of PE or Aluminium, EVOH, PA etc. in combination with PE as well as electrostatically conductive foils for rigid or flexible Intermediate Bulk Container. Customer requirements and fields of application determine the material’s strength. The product range includes liner with filling and /or discharge spouts, simple liner (welded at the bottom and open at the top) as well as formstable liner with a grid, particles which allows an improved product flow. This liner can be produced as strengthened PE-Liner as well as Aluminium-combined liner. An ingenious system ensures that the layer made of Aluminium will not be strained and therefore still displays a barrier which offers a 100% security. Additionally, Pacliners are produced with a fixed cardboard at the bottom on request. EMPAC has also developed a special liner for the filling of EPS (expanded Polystyrol) whose special film recipe prevents a product-gas escape.

Flutainer® offer perfect conditions for the transport and storage of liquids and paste-like goods. Additionally, they save valuable storage space, because they can be stored space-saving before they are filled and after they have been discharged. This flexible bulk container can be built up by only one person in less than one minute. Rigid containers need the same space, no matter whether they are empty or filled. Flutainer® are different: Flutainer® are only built up when they are needed, for example for liquid sugar, to store auxiliary material for textiles or powder which is sensitive to pressure. Flutainer® are made up of a fabric container on the outside and a multiple PE-inner lining, a wooden pallet, four steel poles and a stacking frame.
