ELKOBLOCK-36S single pallet concrete block making machine which is specially designed by experts in their field to produce different types of blocks such as interlocks, curb stones, hollow blocks, solid blocks, etc. has the capacity to produce concrete paving stone approximately 1.400 square meters in an 8 hours shift. Optimum operation is provided for production, curing, additional processing and packaking according to preferred method of single pallet concrete paving and block making machine which can be used with high performance finger car robot or cage system layout.

The shaft should have a tolerance between h6 and h9. The bearing clearance compensates for bearing expansions during heating. Installation igubal® pillow block bearings are designed to be fastened with 2 screws. A precise alignment of the bearing housing is not required as the spherical bearing automatically compensates for error. Delivery program igubal® pillow block bearings are available in the dimensional series K and E for shaft diameters from 5 to 50 mm. The dimensional series K is also available in inch dimensions. MBS hydraulic cylinders of the MZR-1006 series are block-type differential cylinders for use in mold, tool and jig construction. The cylinder connection is very variable due to various mounting holes on the housing and piston rod. Connections with connection holes are available for pipe connections to BSPP ISO 1179-2. With the exception of the piston rod, all surfaces are protected against corrosion with a black primer. On request alternative surface treatments are possible. The surface of the piston rod is hard chromed, ground and polished. The cylinders are suitable for hydraulic fluids of the types H, HL and HLP according to DIN 51525-1. Protect the surface of the insulation with foams against water in order to guarantee safe expansion in the case of fire. Coating with standard silicone is approved.
