Antifogging agents prevent the formation of condensation drops on plastic film. Condensation drops are undesirable on food packaging because they mar the package imaging and the packaged item is not clearly visible. In greenhouse film they prevent condensation from dripping, which results in brown spots caused by the concentration of light. In antifogging agents, special additives are worked into the polymer which migrate to the surface and minimize surface tension.

Technical plastics for industry are a further speciality of IBK. We produce plastic parts to your specifications (ISO, CAD, drawing) for all temperature ranges and with specific chemical resistance.
