Versatile transfer system for metal sheet handling, designed as the main element in a series of presses which eventually combine with load/unload systems. The system features high positioning precision with heavy duty cycles and high dynamics, and is also available for very extended lengths. It manages cantilever loads to keep one side of the series free for operations. The system is driven by a belt with Ω transmission. OHLER offers a wide range of aluminum foil trays. All materials have been developed to be filled both manually and automatically. They are available in various sizes and thicknesses, and the trays can even be lacquered or printed. Our range of aluminum containers is complemented by a variety of accessories including aluminum lids, closing and sealing foils, coated carton lids, plastic snap-on lids, insulated transport boxes and closing machines. Our aluminum trays can be used both in microwave and conventional ovens or with barbeque grills. Aluminum food containers protect food from deterioration. The lightest “complete barrier” available, aluminum is impervious to light, gas, water vapor, oils, fats, oxygen and microorganisms. They keep foods fresh, safe and tasty, maintaining quality throughout a long shelf life.

The "Quattro" information board functions as a transparent and stable partition wall. The interaction of the aluminium frame in silver anodised and the transparent acrylic panel offers a simple exterior. At the same time, the board can provide a high-quality separation between customers, patients, employees and areas. A partition wall is a practical article to provide protection spontaneously and depending on the situation. Due to its low weight, the article shown is easy to move and mobile. Long queues, disordered areas or new hygiene regulations require the use of a separation or tracking system. High stability is guaranteed by two flat round base plates with a diameter of 400mm each. The light and anodised aluminium profile is placed on them. An acrylic sheet is held in the profile by a rubber in the frame. The transparent sheet ensures that the area of application is not optically reduced despite the use of a partition wall.

The "Stopper-Point" barrier is used in a wide range of applications. The flexible barrier post is easy to place and can be moved quickly and repeatedly. With a belt extension to all four sides, there are no limits in the barricading and demarcation. The belt can be extended to a length of 2.5 metres. Due to the dark colour, the belt easily separates from the posts and background so that the barrier cannot be overlooked. The belts remain securely hooked in during use. The high mobility of the barrier post is defined by its material properties. The entire stand is made of silver anodised aluminium. Due to the lightness of the aluminium the post weighs only 7.4 kg and is at the same time extremely stable. The stability is guaranteed by a base with a diameter of 33cm.

RK tube connectors – the flexible alternative to welded connections The clampable tube connectors from RK Rose+Krieger are a cost-efficient solution for the positive and ready detachable connection of a diverse variety of systems – without the need for drilling and welding. Depending on the field of application and the expected load, RK Rose+Krieger offers tube connectors made of plastic (Light Clamps), aluminium (Solid Clamps) or stainless steel (Robust Clamps). The Solid Clamps tube connector system also includes the RK monitor mounting for the fixation and ergonomic adjustment of monitors and touch screens used in industrial applications. Say goodbye to welding – that could be the motto of the clampable RK tube connectors The simple assembly technology of the clamping elements eliminates the need for time-consuming and cost-intensive drilling and welding work.

We manufacture pressure and feed rollers for moulders, feeders and belt sanders according to drawings or samples, completely ready for installation. The choice of roll coating, the design of the roll coating in smooth or grooved form and the most suitable degree of hardness for the roll coating must be determined customer-specifically. Wood-Her rollers consist of an aluminum core. Light-colored rubber is used for the coating, in addition to the polyurethane materials that have long been tried and tested in the woodworking industry, and mainly the elastomer Vulkollan®. The core mounting holes have two side holes.As a service, we offer our customers the opportunity to have their used pressure and feed rollers re-upholstered by us.
