The trak | uplift air battery is a lead acid battery for use in industrial trucks. The battery is equipped with the high-quality trak | air electrolyte circulation system, which shortens charging time while increasing battery availability. In addition, the energy requirement is reduced, and the water requirement is reduced by up to 65%. Reduced overcharging with trak | uplift air also increases cycle life. Especially in combination with our HOPPECKE HF chargers, the battery is charged gently and efficiently. Due to the possibilities of fast and intermediate charging, even demanding 24/5 shift operations are possible with trak | air.

This becomes possible because of a clever combination of a strong 1.27 kW rotary compressor and a quality fan for air flow rates of up to 1,000 m³/h. Thanks to the high air circulation, the tuned heat exchange system is always able to feed extreme humidity from the ambient air for quick drying. Up to 70 litres of humidity can be removed from the room air per day with just one TTK 355 S in this manner. At the same time, compared with other defrost systems, the high-quality hot gas automatic defrost of the TTK 355 S guarantees a much more efficient dehumidification performance without defrost pauses on a time interval during which no dehumidification occurs.

For series production. Continuous flow dryer Continuous flow dryers are used wherever components need to be dried during transport in series production. Regardless of whether an adhesive water dryer, a paint dryer or a powder enamelling furnace is required, Rippert offers a wide range of heating and aeration options. Special air-locks or air circulation systems ensure low heat losses. IR zones can also accelerate the drying result or reduce the necessary energy quantities.

The drying method is based on a hot air-circulating air system, divided into different zones. A well thought-through ventilation system ensures uniform and effective ventilation in all parts of the dryer. The flexible system can be used to dry almost all types of lacquers/paints except for hardening lacquers/paints such as UV and EBC lacquers. The high-performance vertical dryer consists of a defined number of belt pallets. Following lacquer application, the parts move into the dryer and stop on a pallet which subsequently raises. The subsequent pallet is then ready for the infeed of the next workpieces. The dryer is manufactured in modular construction and adapted to the requirements of the customer.
