Ideal for trimming and scoring hidden airbag compartments on thermoformed skin. After the fabrication of IP skins through thermoforming, two separate fabrication steps are still needed before foaming. In the first step, the thermoformed skin will be trimmed in the external zone through punching or a blade cutting process. Depending on the requirements, this is where FRIMO's blade cutting equipment comes into operation. In the second step, the skin will be weakened in the airbag area by a blade. By using the new FRIMO FlexTrim Combi Trim Scoring machine, both steps can be realised at once. The skin is positioned in a common component fixture and finished with two different cutting tools. The new system concept, with its flexible design and layout possibilities, offers a variety of options for combinable process and operation groupings. One of the most popular SEPA EUROPE fans is the axial fan with the dimensions 40x40x10 mm and the popular Magfix® sleeve bearing. This year it underwent complete revision and further development. The new fan generation is known as the LF40P and with the same external dimensions is installed in the same way as the previous model. The new and currently unique rotor geometry is obvious at first sight. It is completely different from the previous shape and layout. Thanks to the distinctive rotor blade with a cut, either a clear noise reduction can be achieved at the same speed or the same noise level as previous generations with 25% more air performance. The current model is equipped with the SEPA MagFix® bearing and PWM input with which the speed can be set to meet the necessary requirements. The LF40P is an excellent example for the permanent further development of products at SEPA EUROPE.

The millGrind series is specially developed for the requirements of machining in the turbine industry as multiple technology solution in one set-up. The modular machine system in travelling table design allows an individual configuration of the machine according to the customers' needs. Automatic tool and diamond roll changing allows the machining to machine with — Al-oxide, CBN and diamond grinding wheels — Drills — Milling cutter — Laser cladding — Measuring of the unfinished workpiece — Measuring of the machine workpiece including rework in one set-up. This guarantees that all machined surfaces run to each other and errors are avoided by repeated re-chucking. In addition to the machining of new blades and vanes for rework a laser cladding device can be added. This allows the measuring, cladding and grinding or milling of the worn areas.
