Application The K2000 cylinder head stand is designed to support automotive and motorcycle cylinder heads on a workbench so that service or repair jobs, such as valve work or head cleaning and assembly can be easily performed. Features The cylinder head clamped onto the K2000 can be rotated by 360° and may be fixed at any desired angular position. Therefore, assembly and disassembly work can be done with the cylinder head in the most appropriate position. An universal valve spring compressing lever is supplied to remove and install the valve springs.

Our corrugated tubes and duct systems for cooling systems feature one or two mounted Quick connectors. This is a reliable way to connect a corrugated tube to the connecting cuff and allows for easy and time-saving assembly and disassembly. The BG 2000 / 3000-C models are based on the moving column principle and display very consistent machining even on very heavy workpieces. They are designed for broaches up to 600 mm diameter. The distinguishing characteristics are profile precision, maintaining center and ease of use. Grinding of inner features is available as an option.
