The RESISTOMAT® model 2311 has been designed and optimized for high-speed applications in automation systems. Up to 100 measurements per second can be achieved. It works on the basis of the welltried four-wire measurement method in which test-lead resistances and contact resistances are eliminated. The instrument leads are monitored for damage by a built-in open circuit detector. A 2-way and 4-way comparator with switching outputs is available for classifications and selections. Of course, temperature compensation is available for any test object material. Specific temperature coefficients can be entered. Temperature recording takes place using a PT100 sensor or a temperature transmitter (pyrometer) with an analog output. A special circuit for protecting the measurement input when measuring inductive test objects has been developed to prevent damage to the meter from voltage peaks produced when the test object is disconnected.

The RESISTOMAT® model 2329 is particularly suitable for fast measurements of low resistances in automated processes. Up to 50 measurements per second can easily be performed. The device complies with the latest CE guidelines and is designed for laboratory use as well as heavy-duty industrial applications. A 2-fold and 4-fold comparator with switching outputs has been included for classifi cation and selection; this feature is particularly useful for serial tests. One special application involves the measurement of contact resistances (dry-circuit measurement); the load voltage in this case is limited to 20 mV in order to prevent fritting (DIN IEC 512). The RS232 (standard) and IEEE488, USB and Ethernet (option) computer interfaces allow the set-up of fully automatic testing stations. The PLC interface allows easy integration into your production process control.

Unalloyed and low-alloyed inert gas and submerged arc wire electrodes have been manufactured at WDI's main plant in Hamm/Westphalia since 1975 and at WDI in Rothenburg in central Germany since 1993. The universal HERMETIC series offers a multitude of application possibilities due to its various features. In particular, the electromechanical drive with its very quiet running has predestined the HERMETIC series for integration into automated systems. The ink residue pick-up system (option) can be integrated into the machine housing, allowing the machine to be used in confined spaces. Exclusive to TAMPOPRINT is the adjustable pad stroke onto the workpiece in combination with an electromechanical machine drive. The variable contact pressure of the ink/doctoring cup offers optimised service lifetimes for the printing clichés used and the best results for doctoring. In addition to all the above advantages, the HERMETIC 150 offers a max. print image size of Ø 140 mm. An (optional) ink residue pick-up system can be fitted either on the right or left of the machine.

The fully ULcertified positioning system from Lenord+Bauer consists of three individual elements that can be flexibly combined as required positioning drives by the name of SeGMo, the decentralised SeGMoBox control unit for flexible fieldbus integration and the associated hybrid cable solution, including connectors, that is suitable for use with drag chains. The SeGMo drives are complete mechatronic systems with a batteryless multiturn absolute rotary encoder, gear and motor as well as integrated power and control electronics. Lenord+Bauer also offers these for standalone use. With nominal torques of up to 15 Nm, they cover the capacity range typical for secondary axes. Integrate the drives directly into your control system with the function blocks. Alternatively, you can automate up to 17 secondary axes using the decentral SeGMoBox.
