This detachable aluminium glider - specially designed for traversable lifeline systems (8 and 6 mm) - locks automatically to protect 1 individual from falling. Pressure ratings comparable to steel Cuplas. A builtin "automatic lock mechanism" to lock the sleeve when connected, thus prevents accidental disconnection. Just push plug into socket for simple connection. Can be used for air and water. Less likely to damage painted or easily dented surfaces than metal couplings. Air flows in either direction from plug or from socket side when coupled. Plug and socket with hose guard nut are also available (see the pages of NK Cupla Hose / NK Cupla Cpil Hose for details).

Right-hand cutting shell reamer with expanding blades. Due to the unique Hunger relief grinding operation the blades have a progressively increasing clearance angle giving a soft cutting action. The reamer fits on a tool bar and may be positioned along the tool bar at any desired position. The reamer is automatically locked in place on the tool bar by an expanding spring coupling as soon as the reamer blades are brought into engagement with the bore. Expanding tool bar guides and supporting fixtures for the tool bar are available to ensure excact alignment of the tool bar when reaming a series of aligned holes. The adjusting nut is marked with annular scale. One graduation of the scale corresponds to a change of the reamer diameter by 0,02 mm. The reamers are available with standard blades made of high quality special steel to ensure superior cutting performance. The reamers are also available with hard chromium coated blades.

TYP C 069/G Cutting, stamping and bending device for radial components Description To eliminate belt- tolerances the Streckfuss machine Type C 069 G was developed with an integrated touch- facility. With this all usual in the trade component- belts which meet the IEC- Norm can effortless be processed. The component is formed and cut with a maximum tolerance of ± 0,1 mm. The supply of components is exclusively done by reel. For this the machine has a combined location for reel and amo- pack. To save set- up time all necessary toolkits for specific formings are mounted in one unit. These toolkits can be inserted or exchanged within a very short time. When inserting a toolkit the driving- mechanism automatically will be locked. The machine is prepared to keep 2 processing- units. One unit performs upward formings and the other performs downward formings. After the components have been formed and cut they are ejected into a bin for collection. Components
