The 25 mm bore and 4 driver holes enable easy assembly and positioning of the FAPI-150 deburring grinding disk on the deburring machine. SPIROL's Model CR Semi-Automatic Heavy Duty Pin Inserter is a robust, vertical pin insertion machine ideally suited for moderate to high production for applications requiring up to 8kN (1,800 lbs) of installation force. A retractable pin orientation head, mounted on a shaft/linear bearing arrangement moves up and down for ease of loading and unloading of the components to be assembled. The insertion bushing is positioned close to the part for smooth, trouble free installation. The orientation head shuttles the pin from the feeding position to the installation position, and also functions as a selector, preventing longer or shorter pins from being installed. A two position trap door allows for easy clear-out of the feed tube.

With its distinctive construction and high crimping force of up to 6000 kN, the HM 665 is one of UNIFLEX‘s powerhouses. The HM 665 sets standards for quality and cost effectiveness. Using this model, you can easily crimp up to 12" industrial hoses (depending on the fitting). With long master dies you are able to crimp even long ferrules and sleeves. Quick die change plungers allow for quick die changes even for the larger diameter dies. The fixed six o'clock die eliminates the need to jog the machine to position the assembly for crimping, just lay it on the bottom die and close to crimp.

The STAUFF Press Assembly Machine SPR-PRC-POC allows the pressure/position-controlled pre-assembly and final assembly of cutting rings from the Extra-Light Series (LL), the Light Series (L) and the Heavy Series (S) according to ISO 8434-1 / DIN 2353 on tube ends with outer diameters between 4 mm and 42 mm. The machine is designed as a robust table-top device for continuous operation in the workshop. It is used in connection with hardened and wear-resistant assembly studs FI-FMK and support plates FI-GP which are specially designed for the machine-assisted assembly. Small mini rod types from IAI replace pneumatic cylinders with ease due to their identical design and simple control mode. They are used as electromechanical positioning systems for assembly devices as well as for lifting, lowering, pressing or clamping of workpieces by many manufacturing companies. In the RCP3 series, the smallest models are available as rod types with sliding or recirculating ball screws. The latest developments are the numerous space-saving mini rod types of the RCA2 series with 24 V servo motor or the RCS2 series with 230 V servo motor.

Efficient positioning, assembly and handling of workpieces are key components in many manufacturing companies to meet growing cost pressures. Replacing pneumatic cylinders with electric linear drives can save up to 90 % of energy consumption. In addition, there are numerous advantages in motion control. RoboCylinder slide table actuators combine high load capacity with very good guiding accuracy. The compact design offers extra stability and enables use even in confined spaces. They are suitable for precise assembly applications, for positioning or for pushing movements of horizontal payloads up to 30 kg and vertical payloads up to 24 kg. The slide tables are provided with fitting holes for changing workpieces. The linear drives are available either as directly driven compact slides with motor in extension of the longitudinal axis as well as shorter versions in which motor and axis are parallel to each other.

Inspired by customer inquiries, SEPA EUROPE has developed a new, modular assembly for the efficient cooling of chips. The core component is a SEPA axial fan that is mounted on a 40 mm pure aluminium heat sink – a so-called Kühligel®. It is equipped with a finger guard and a double-sided adhesive heat pad for screwless mounting on the housing or inside the device. Thanks to the compact design, the light weight and the screwless mounting, this assembly enables accurate positioning and thus effective cooling of the hot spot. The chip cooler HXB40FGK is equipped with a high precision ball bearing and can be used at ambient temperatures between -10 and +85 °C thus opening up a wide range of application possibilities. A further advantage is the long service life of the fan with 350 000 h (MTBF) at 40°C. The chip cooler assembly HXB40FGK is supplied as a standard component. It can however, be customized.

Application The K2000 cylinder head stand is designed to support automotive and motorcycle cylinder heads on a workbench so that service or repair jobs, such as valve work or head cleaning and assembly can be easily performed. Features The cylinder head clamped onto the K2000 can be rotated by 360° and may be fixed at any desired angular position. Therefore, assembly and disassembly work can be done with the cylinder head in the most appropriate position. An universal valve spring compressing lever is supplied to remove and install the valve springs.

Plug-in connector for drinking water, water and gas. The material-friendly connecting technique enables that the pipe is only stressed as the relations of pression and torsion demand. Premature wear due to overstressing of material and subsequent troublescan be excluded. The metal clamping claw enables a torsion-free assembly by its positioning. The connector can easiliy be dismounted – all components can be reused without problems. For the application in the field of gas the connector has an additional insert pipe to stabilise the pipe. For the application in the field of drinking water the connector has the proven EPDM profile gasket which reliably seals minor damages on the surface. The plug-in connectors for the application in the fields of water and gas additionally have a special o-ring. The sealing and clamping functions are separated and independent which makes the connector extraordinarily safe.
