IFA Technology offers tailor-made plants and systems for the animal feed industry. Our mixing and dosing systems process both liquid and solid components, which are used for the production of animal feed, mineral feed and supplementary feed. To supplement our plant systems, we also offer adapted silo systems and tank systems as well as multifunctional filling systems and bagging or bottling systems for all types of containers. Our animal feed plants and systems are made of high-quality stainless steel and use food-grade materials and FDA-approved (Food and Drug Administration) components. Our focus is on hygiene and the diligence of the respective plant processes. The latest plant technologies guarantee the required degree of accuracy, economy and process reliability.

FOR STORING BIOMASS TO BE USED FOR ENERGY PRODUCTION OR ANIMAL FEED The LIPP System is based on a world wide unique and genuinely simple principle of tank production. Steel coils, machines and accessories are transported to the construction site, the production of the tank takes place on site – fast, efficiently and flexibly in height and diameter. In an automated, two stage process, a profile is formed from the steel strip which is joined in a second step – at the same time, the container rotates spirally. The tight and stability supporting connection of the steel band can be effected by the LIPP Double Seam as well as the LIPP Welding Technology. Properties: SYSTEM-CLEANER is a cleaning concentrate which has been specially developed to eliminate organic and inorganic dirt like mucus, residual medication and incrustations in drinking water systems for poultry, pigs and bovines. Application: SYSTEM-CLEANER is particularly suitable for the cleaning of pipe systems, containers, tanks and drinking systems for the animals. Rinse thoroughly with water after use. overall cleaning :2-5 % for 6-12 hours
