A single-acting O-Ring energized rod seal with hydrostatic ventilation for use in dynamic applications. Prevents pressure build-up between seals in all service conditions. Low friction with no stick-slip, minimal break out force and high wear resistance. Recommended for use with a secondary rod seal in Turcon® material, together with a double-acting Excluder® or Scraper.

Double Delta® combines the flexibility and response of O-Rings with the wear and friction characteristics of the Turcon® materials in. The double acting performance of the seal follows from the symmetrical cross section which allow the seal to respond to pressure in both directions. Initial contact pressure is provided by radial compression of the O-Ring. When the system pressure is increased the O-Ring transforms this into additional contact pressure, the contact pressure of the seal is thereby automatically adjusted so sealing is ensured under all service conditions.

We use UR digital printing ,quality printing systems from Canon and Xerox, which are equipped with numerous additional functions. In digital printing, we process paper types in grammages of 70-300gr/QM. We have a rich selection of paper qualities available at Kreuzberg, Berlin site. All common file formats are available for digital printings ex: Microsoft office(Word, PowerPoint, Excel), image file formats(JPEG,TIFF) etc.We use professional imposition software to create brochures, Business Cards, Passport size photo or entire folders of holiday photos from single page. We deliver an expression to you on selected paper size, before the actual digital printing. For the expression we charge a basic fee of 1€. Subsequently, the required printed pages, selected material, bindings and all other service charges are calculated.

With sampling, sample shipping, packaging and labeling, storage, loading and shipment management we offer an individualized all-round service for your goods. This all-round service guarantees you a smooth availability of your products without having to store them yourselves. On request, we hold a minimum stock of your products available. If you wish, we can process customer orders from your customer care centers directly for you. We pack the products processed by us according to your CI requirements in the container of your choice. This way our company can't be seen in anyway, not even on the delivery note. At A+B Electronic you receive all services from a single source. In addition to the pure assembly, we are also happy to take care of the coating of your assemblies. The conformal coating serves to protect the surface of the assemblies, e.g. against condensation or contamination. In the process, the paint is applied using a curtain casting process under low pressure. The coating is only applied selectively where it is needed. Here we work with a programmed coordination system that is precisely tailored to your assembly. To dry, the elements are placed in our drying ovens and chambers so that the paint can cure in the atmosphere.
